Everyone goes to Ostuni has to stay at La Sommità! Friendly staff, amazing view and all the little touches make you feel like home! The hotel itself is beautiful and tastefully designed! I didn’t want to leave on my last day there!

We wandered into La Sommita without a reservation, hoping for something light to eat—and were welcomed with such warmth and grace that it became one of the most memorable moments of our trip. Adele, the hostess, and our server Salvatore were beyond exceptional. In a world where luxury can often feel rigid or rehearsed, they offered something far more rare: sincerity. Unpretentious, thoughtful, and deeply accommodating, they made us feel at home in a setting that’s otherwise dreamlike in beauty. What began as a small bite turned into a culinary embrace—the charcuterie, the bread, every detail perfectly done. This is the kind of experience that defines true luxury: not excess, but presence. Thank you, Adele and Salvatore, for reminding us what hospitality truly means.

This hotel is amazing and the staff make it. They were so accommodating and helpful with every request - it has made us cancel our next hotel and we are staying here again.

This charming hotel is located in the center of the pedestrian-only part of town and commands an amazing view over the lands below. However, the warmth and hospitality of the staff tie it all together. No fake smiles here, all genuinely welcoming.

Ostuni is a great place to stay for a visit to beautiful Puglia which is quite a change from the busy cities of the North and the West. And La Sommita is the perfect place - five star hospitality and experience.
