Ik raad dit hotel niet aan. Het personeel is niet behulpzaam. Receptionist lag te slapen en ik kon niet naar buiten om mijn taxi te nemen naar de luchthaven. De kamer was duur en de Spa zoals bv sauna zat niet eens in de prijs. Ze vroegen 50 euro extra hiervoor. Eten is niet aan te raden, veeeeel te veel zout.

I stayed at the Ostuni Palace for 2 nights at the beginning of October. The hotel is a short walk from centre and in a quiet location with beautiful views of town and surrounding area from outside. I had an average room, clean and comfortable. Restaurant / breakfast was very good. Hotel staff pleasant and eager to assist. The Spa was a real bonus and the friendly beautician provided a first rate massage. Hotel has gardens and parking. Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend - in walking distance of sights, restaurants and shops.

Hotel davvero signorile, molto curato nei particolari, pulito, personale molto affabile e gentile. Colazione internazionale con buona varietà sia di dolce che di salato. C'è sia un parcheggio coperto che esterno. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.

Ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti. Suggestiva la posizione e eleganti gli ambienti. Torneremo senz'altro per un'altra occasione, magari in estate. La struttura dispone di spiagge convenzionate.

The staff is excellent the hotel is gorgeous and the restaurant is wonderful.
The hotel is first class all the way and it’s just down the street from centro storico.

Room was nice although a little small. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little hot and had trouble adjusting temperature. Service was very good and they were able to safely secure our bikes. Convenient to many of the attractions, restaurants, and bars. Nicely decorated for Christmas.
