The hotel is 5 minutes from the sharks, located right by the sea, the sound of the waves outside the window, generally clean. Breakfast is a la carte (scrambled eggs, sausage, rice, coffee). The hotel is old, the furniture is tired. But for an overnight stay before the sharks it is excellent

We met at 5am, went home for breakfast, and were taken out again, so we saved time and money.

I used it when I stayed one night in Oslob. Since it is located in the southern part of Cebu, it was in the middle of nowhere. I had to take a bus in the middle of the night and go 10km to go to a convenience store or ATM.
The interior of the accommodation was not so good. Of course, I knew about it when I booked it, but the shower was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was noisy.
But other than that, I was satisfied with everything else. In particular, the staff were really friendly. They helped me with tour locations and reservations and even provided pick-up service. I ate there a few times and it was delicious! And most of all, it was very close to the whale shark tour site, and the dock to Sumilon Island was operated exclusively for guests staying at the accommodation, which was really nice. If you give up a little bit of the quality of the accommodation, it is a really good place.

one of the better locations if you are stuck to whale watching. very accessible to port area, tumalog falls and whale watching point. the sunrise and sunsets at the bangcogon resort are just as beautiful
