"Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and kind. You can rent the motorbike here and the common area is great to just sit and enjoy the view of the sea. Rooms are basic but have what you need & if you need anything more the staff will be more than willing to assist. You’re off the main road but everything is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. 7-11 is about 5 minutes walk and the main road with different restaurants and options for coffee or bakery goods open all day. Very safe and friendly area with no problem coming home after dark. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here."

The food was unappetizing, very overpriced, and the portion was tiny. The hotel itself was clean, and the water pressure was even good."

"The hotel is quite far from the whale shark swimming spot, and our transportation costs ended up being much higher than we expected. On top of that, we had to go twice because the first time we arrived around 10:00 AM, the swimming sessions were already over, and we missed out. We were also pretty shocked by the damp and unwashed towels. The food selection isn't huge, but what they do make is delicious. The main highlight is the ocean with turtles."

There's nothing around. It's 11 km to the shark swimming spot. Tuk-tuks are available. The staff helped with transport to Panglao. And overall, all the employees are very polite and attentive."

"A decent option for an overnight stay before the shark show. A quiet, peaceful place, the staff is friendly, and the pool is nice. The main advantage is that it's convenient for a morning snorkeling trip with whale sharks; everything is close by. Perfect for staying overnight and heading out for an early morning snorkel. The room is decent, clean, and the view is beautiful. And the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable option without unnecessary pretension, this is a good choice."

"The room is to tight on family room. They use bunk beds like a boarding house. The staff not attentive and worst thing they leave us on the dining area, orders served to late and food salty and not tasty. Lobby and dining area is clean and presentable. When we arrived the hotel at 4 pm the room is not ready to stay. Parking space good for 3 vehicles only at a time. Since along the high way you can experience loud noise vibration coming from big truck passing by the area. Not worth it to stay especially large family, they can't accommodate and serve you well. The staff mostly hiding on the kitchen,front desk staff sometimes you can't find. Based on our experience here I won't recommend this place for family more than four pax. Take note always ask if you book a room. Always choose room facing the ocean. Because room facing the high way, you can't see nothing. No window. The place is no nearby convenient store or restaurant. Is very far from the commercial centre and far from whales shark watching area. Bathroom no hot shower, stuck up drain from shower. We are so disappointed during our stay here. When we arrived we expect good service because the ambiance of the lobby is aesthetic design. Modern structural design. They amenities it not good for kids."

They have a night security man Dorio who is amazing and also took us at 4am early to get us ahead of the ques for the whale sharks. "Water didn't work here during our stay from January 9th to 10th, 2025 Smell of feces and burnt things from the uninviting surroundings. The accommodation can only do something about this to a limited extent because of the ventilation slot in the bathroom. The air conditioning was blaring and ****** in the bad smell. Unfortunately, a very pleasant night. But it was spontaneously available for 1 night and the price was low. You have to make compromises somewhere. Service would have been good in itself, e.g. information about whale shark snorkeling and asking again late in the evening in the neighbor's closed kiosk if we could get 2 bottles of water."

"We rented a bungalow house. It turns out to be a very small house, there is only a bed and two shelves. That is, there is no space at all. There was a fan in the house, but it was a little stuffy for me. The toilet is shared. There is no shower, there is a shared washbasin. They don’t have a cafe, we rode a tricycle to a cafe a little further away. The owner was hospitable and tried to help. Wi-Fi is free and good. There is access to the water, but swimming is not very convenient, there is no beach, only rocks. Also, at the same time, other people in a large group came to this hotel with us. They sang karaoke loudly and walked until the morning. And in the morning they turned on loud music. That is, if you want silence, then decide for yourself. The house is not soundproofed."
