Overall, the review is good, but we were annoyed that we informed reception every day of our stay that the room would be cleaned, as they told us. We did, but on Sunday (despite giving notice) THEY DID NOT CLEAN. They told us in the morning that there were a lot of guests leaving and that they would try. It didn't happen. They didn't clean the room, that is, they didn't enter. We realized this as soon as we arrived at night and went to complain to reception. I told them we had notified them and that the response from the morning staff member wasn't their concern; they have to organize themselves to be able to clean the room. I told them to give me the complaint form, and they said they didn't have one. Then I told them I was going to leave a bad review about the hotel, and then the receptionist came up and made our bed. By the way, in Norway, beds are limited to a bottom sheet and a duvet, nothing more. I had that bad experience, which spoiled the rest of the stay, which was very good. A small refund for that bad experience would be appreciated.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room with a large bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was truly delicious! A six-minute walk to the metro, which quickly gets you to the city center. There's also a Spar supermarket across from the hotel.

The room cost around 1,900, and I've never seen a room so small and poorly laid out. The 0.9-meter bed was easily removable, and the bathroom sink was so small it could fit in the palm of your hand. Water for brushing your teeth and washing your face went everywhere! There was basically nothing in the room except the bed. The room wasn't cleaned, and the trash wasn't even serviced. Under the guise of environmental protection, they offer no service at all. It's only worse than it gets! The only bright spot was the decent breakfast. There are so many complaints, I can't even begin to describe them!!!

The breakfast variety is not very rich, but it is not bad overall. The hotel room can open a 28-inch suitcase, so it is not a small single room. However, the parking lot is not located in the hotel building itself, so you need to ask the front desk for the exact location.

Typical Nordic design, indirect and beautiful, transportation is OK, not far from the train station. The only downside is that the gym charges a fee. Breakfast is OK. The front desk brother is friendly. I don't know how to turn on the room heating.
