房間挺不錯的，位置也不太偏

This was one of the worst experiences of my life in terms of accommodation. It was a nightmare. There is no reception, nor anyone in charge in sight. You have to call for everything and anything... It shouldn't even be called a Hotel, because it isn't. It feels like a ghost town... there's no one to ask for directions or solve problems that arise. Even the hostels aren't that bad. The hostels have reception and staff. The biggest problem is the keys to enter the rooms. There is no physical key; It is mandatory to have a smartphone, because the key is a code sent to the smartphone. In other words, the doors (all of them) only open using this code sent to the smartphone. I don't have; I have an old cell phone. I can't even tell you how terrifying it was to get into my room... I spent a fortune on the phone just to be able to open the door to my room! Worse, the next day, at night, when I returned to the hotel, the door was already locked again!! Another phone call and a lot of money spent on travel..... Even worse, when checking out, I left my suitcase in the luggage room, but when I went to get it at 7 pm my key could no longer open the luggage room door, because it had already been cancelled. and I had my suitcase stuck inside... a guy arrived and opened the door for me so I could take my suitcase out and go to the airport, but he didn't know me and didn't know if that suitcase was mine or not... I could have brought any other suitcase! Some of the worst IRRESPONSIBLE people! A horror! the worst experience of my life! The facilities are good and the location too, but the damn key system...... uffff it's hell. There was a guest there with a dog(!!!!!) because he said he was blind, but he wasn't; I'm sure it wasn't. He was dialing numbers on his cell phone and walking alone in front of the dog... what kind of blindness is this???! the dog was normal; He was not a dog for blind people... therefore, I am absolutely certain that he lied, saying he was blind, when he wasn't. And they accepted him into the hotel with the dog, simply... without confirming whether he was blind or not... :( Of course, no one was there to see that he was a liar who didn't want to leave the dog at home... only we saw it. In addition to being a liar, he was also very dirty: both of them smelled bad - him and the dog. And he had a lot of wounds on his legs and would scratch, pulling up his pants (that's how I saw the wounds). This only happens because there's no one there to see and confirm. Never again. It's below bad.
