"The system of leaving and finding keys is very impressive. There are very kind people, and I was personally satisfied with all aspects. It may be a bit tricky for couples to find, but for solo travelers or friends, it is one of the best value accommodations. However, it is a bit far from the Namba area that tourists often visit, but the subway station is right nearby, so it is easy to access."

"The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. The gym room is adequate but there isn’t a pool in a 5 star hotel 🙃."

"What I love in this hotel is their freebies. Free noodles every night, free drinks, ice cream etc. I also like their breakfast. I like their room too. Its has 2 beds with pull out. Whats funny here is I cannot connect to their wifi in the room. I dont know. Manager even went to our room when I called and informed them. Also, since we are 3, and they advertise that children is free. They will not set up your room for 3 people since other one is free. I need to ask a towel everyday for my child."

"I recently stayed at this minimalist-designed hotel with a strong focus on sustainability. The rooms were small but efficiently designed, making good use of space. The reception area doubled as a bar and breakfast buffet, which was a unique and convenient touch. The breakfast offered a good variety, aligning with the hotel's eco-friendly ethos. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, which was manageable and added to the overall experience. Friendly service-focused staff."

"Room was spacious. It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure."

"It’s literally like living on the train station in terms of location convenience. Large room size especially for families or groups of 3. Welcome drink is nice lemon water and great lobby."

"Spacious, clean room. Typical Marriott layout. I like this location - safe and quiet neighbourhood. Multiple combinis nearby. Less than 10 mins walk to dotonburi area, subway station and also OCAT to catch the airport limousine. Ice machine room was a bit dusty - needs some cleaning."

"Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks."

"We stayed here for 4 nights, room is spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located, with direct access to the metro, walking distance to Dotonbori, just a 2 mins walk to Takashimaya and Nankai Train Station, providing easy access to the KIX airport. I would definitely return!"

"Beautiful property that is clean and well managed. It's about a 10-15 mins walk from Osaka station/ Herbis Osaka bus stop (if you're taking the airport limousine). It's in the Kita area so beware of the restrictions for Uber rides between 10pm to 1am."
