Try to be objective and only present the facts. 1. Check-in counter is on the second floor. No one guides you on the first floor, and no one helps you with your luggage. Self-check-in, someone comes to help you at the front desk, but the attitude is indifferent. 2. The assigned room 438 is quite large, but there is no view, close to the station, and noisy; the room minibar does not have water, and drinking water needs to be self-serviced on the floor; toothbrush and toothpaste must be picked up on the second floor. 3. The breakfast is OK, there are not many varieties, but it is more to your taste. The breakfast coupon can also be used as 2500 yen, and you can consume coffee and bread in the coffee bar. The service attitude of the brothers and sisters here is OK. 4. The facilities are just a big bathhouse, a large lawn outside, and a lot of open space indoors. There is no swimming pool or gym. I don’t know why it is called a resort. 5. Hotel policy is to check out at 11 o’clock. If you call at 11:10: If you don’t refund after 10 minutes, you will be charged 3300 yen. If you call at 11:23: You need to pay 3300 yen and check out before 12 o’clock. The front desk was still indifferent and didn't say a word. There was no politeness like "How was your stay? Welcome to visit next time." 6. I took an Uber at that time. The Chinese driver said: Evaluation of this hotel: The occupancy rate is high, but the location is remote, and there are many homeless people around at night. Personal experience: This is the second hotel that I spent time to write a review. The previous one was Summer Palace Amman. I have also stayed in Hoshino in Hokkaido before, and the experience is completely different. This Hoshino uses environmental protection and new leisure methods as a gimmick, but it is cheap and disrespectful to customers. The room we booked was 2700rmb a night. After staying for two nights, we didn't feel the corresponding material value and emotional value. Whether it is a scam, you can judge for yourself.

How can I put it? This is the worst hotel in terms of value for money that I have stayed in during my travels in the past ten years. No doubt about it. The room rate is about 1,700 yuan per night during non-holiday periods, but the room and service are at the level of Home Inn or Hanting in China, so it is only worth 400 or 500 yuan. I originally booked this hotel because of the reputation of Japan's Hoshinoya Group, but the "wardrobe" in the room looked like this (Figure 1); there were no disposable slippers in the room, and the slippers provided looked like this (Figure 2). The old dust in the shoes made me feel sick; the promised single bed was actually a sofa, and I had to transform it and lay the mattress and bedding at night, and the service staff would not pay any attention to me at all; there were no at least two bottles of mineral water in the room, and I had to go to the drinking room on the floor to get water for drinking. They said there was an ice machine, but it was broken, and I ignored it when I reported it to the front desk; that was fine, but the most unbearable thing was that the electronic lock on the door of the room we stayed in was also broken. After a day of traveling, I came back and the door of the room could be opened without swiping a card! That is to say, if someone comes in and out during the day, the guests will not know. If something is missing, you just have to accept it. After negotiating with the front desk for a long time, they just changed the room and gave me three free bathing coupons. Hahaha, I guess they think Chinese people are stupid and easy to fool. That's all I have to say. Osaka OMO7, a hotel to avoid in this life!!!

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel has a sense of design, and there is a self-service luggage storage area just after the elevator, which is very convenient.
