New Hotels in Osaka

"Location was great, just in front of the hotel are 2 train stations including the big Namba station, and just across the road is Kuromon Market, only 5 min walk to Dotonburi and 20 min walk to Shinsaibashi. However, I think the hotel and room is lacking in some details and can be improved in many areas - e.g. the lobby is very small & only has 3 chairs for guests to sit, consider expanding it to have more seating area for the elderly. The beds are not very comfy, my mum had a backache after sleeping on them.. and there is only 1 pillow. Also, the clothes hanging rods doesn't make sense, consider making them side by side instead of one on top of another. There can also be more hanging racks/rods on the walls or inside the bathroom since it's so big. Please consider providing a luggage rack for guests who can't bend down to the floor easily."

"I definitely recommend this room! 💯/10 Everything is very convenient and comfortable, but keep in mind that this is NOT a REGULAR HOTEL!! And you will check into the room yourself (self check in), so if you are not in a hurry or do not want to deal with this - find a hotel, but if this is familiar to you / you have used this method of check-in and check-out - you can safely book! We were there a couple of days ago (06/12/2025-06/19/2025). But it is most suitable for those who know how and want to cook (for example, I do not really like Japanese food and chose food to my taste and prepared it in the room for myself). If you like and often go to restaurants, I do not see much point in taking this room, except for all the other nice features of this room. Firstly - the room is great, very convenient (there is a place for suitcases and where to open them). Secondly - the kitchen!! It is very comfortable and everything you need is already provided (basic utensils (forks, spoons, chopsticks) and plates, knife, etc.). Thirdly - the bathroom!! it is huge!! there is also a washing machine (which is very convenient if you are here for a few days), a shower and a large deep bathtub, also the rooms are different and large, very convenient when you are not alone and there is space to turn around. Fourthly - there is a microwave, a large refrigerator and a freezer!!! it is super! But one of the best things is the TV!!! only upon arrival in Tokyo did I understand what a modern TV is here, you can connect your Netflix and YouTube (which is very convenient!), and not watch Japanese commercials and their shows that you will not understand (but if you want you can always watch it). Also the view is quite nice, we got the second floor so we couldn't see much, but we stayed in the hotel mainly for sleeping so it's not a big deal!! 💓"

"A fairly good place to stay even for several days. Amazing and delicious breakfast (till 2 p.m.! great for time zone-changers), all dishes are totally worth trying. Pretty small but perfectly equipped rooms (we had high floor with a bath), view could be more picturesque but was already nice enough. Restaurant on 2nd floor was OK. Admire the staff, they’re super friendly and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at b&Namba4 during our 5 day trip at Osaka. The room is very clean, cozy and well equipped. The kitchenette is provided with utensils, allowing simple cooking. The fridge is a regular size one, which usually cannot be provided in a hotel. One suggestion would be to provide a worktop over the sink for the kitchenette. It is a self check in facility, but the online customer service is responsive and helpful. The instruction for check in is also clear and easy to follow. Overall, we are happy with the room setting and the customer service."

"I booked it because it was cheap. Many reviews said it was cramped, but the bathroom is just the right size for someone who isn't petite. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's a good hotel. It's great for solo travelers. During events like the Osaka Expo, the prices seem to be significantly higher. At that price, I can't leave a good review. The bathroom is surprisingly cramped, but the bedroom has enough space to spread out a 24-inch suitcase. Since it's a newly opened hotel, I expected it to be somewhat clean, but I'm not sure if it will be maintained over time. Also, the soundproofing is poor. I could hear chatter and laughter in the next room, and even though I was on the 12th floor, there was a bit of noise from loud cars for a while at night. Perhaps that's why the hotel provides earplugs on the first floor. There was also a problem with the shampoo dispenser in my room. When I first noticed a strange stain in the bathtub, I thought it was a cleaning issue. I easily washed it off with the shower, but the stain came back. The shampoo seemed to keep dripping from the dispenser. During my stay, I used my own shampoo and didn't use the hotel shampoo. It seemed to be constantly broken. As for service, the service wasn't particularly friendly, and I didn't experience any inconveniences."

"The rooms are spacious with a pleasant ambiance, and are spotlessly clean. Being a newly opened hotel, it certainly lives up to its cleanliness. We booked two rooms, but I accidentally selected a king-bedded room for one. The lovely lady at the front desk graciously helped us switch it to a twin room for free. They had already arranged the twin beds together in the room, and there was ample space – enough for two large suitcases to be opened comfortably. Each room comes equipped with a bathtub and a full-length mirror, which is very convenient. The only minor downside was the absence of children's amenities; only adult products were provided. When making my reservation, I was torn between this new hotel and an older one. I ultimately chose the newer option, but I later realized the old hotel has a much better location. Every time we went shopping, we had to walk for about ten minutes to reach the old hotel's vicinity, which was quite tiring, especially in hot weather. Therefore, for those planning extensive shopping trips, I would recommend opting for the older hotel instead."

"This hotel just opened this year, so everything inside is brand new and modern. It's incredibly close to Honmachi subway station; just take exit 24, cross a small street, and you're right there. Honmachi station offers excellent connectivity to Shinsaibashi, Umeda Station, and even USJ. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they even have facility information available in Chinese. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right downstairs. While the rooms are typically compact, as is common for hotels in Japan, they are incredibly well-equipped and even feature a small bathtub. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!"

"I chose this hotel because it is closed to nippombashi station and the Kuromon market - very convenient for traveling and finding fresh and cheap foods. I loved the free coffee a d totete (free cakes) corner. Check in and check out was fast. The room size is okay, but it has the smell of the mat - I had to turn on the air filter all the time. The toilet has smell whenever we flush. The laundry room should have a notice to customer that they should collect their clothes on time so that others won't have to wait long for their turn. Room is quiet so we slept very well. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Booking this hotel for our trip was an absolute stroke of luck! Traveling with two children to the Expo, I was initially worried about the chaos and stress of getting around. To my surprise, the hotel has a private pier on its second floor, offering direct boat access to the Expo's West Gate. This convenience completely put my mind at ease about the children getting separated. During our stay, the thoughtful service from the hotel staff truly warmed my heart. In particular, there was a charming young man who spoke fluent Chinese. Not only did he ensure seamless communication, but he also went above and beyond his duties, showing exceptional kindness and responsibility. When he learned I didn't have my Visa card and couldn't buy boat tickets, he immediately offered to pay for them without a second thought. He meticulously confirmed the departure time of the last boat and repeatedly discussed the payment method for the return journey with the boatman, arranging every detail for me. The next day, I overslept and missed our scheduled time. After rushing onto the boat, I suddenly remembered I hadn't confirmed the cash payment for the tickets. To my astonishment, this dedicated staff member actually chased me down to the pier! He personally verified the payment method with the boatman and even specifically warned me that the 10 PM boat was fully booked, recommending I take the 8:30 PM cruise back instead. Encountering such thoughtful assistance in a foreign country truly left me with an indescribable feeling of warmth and gratitude! I sincerely wish this kind staff member all the very best for his bright future, continued success, and that his positive influence continues to grow! This unforgettable stay will undoubtedly become one of the most cherished chapters in my travel memories."

"This place its in the middle, we need to walk 13 minutes to namba, but if you go orher place you can walk 6 minutes to the nearest train station. But if you going to airport or universal, the trainstation is 13 minutes walk. Their cooking utensil lack knives and scissors. So so place not impress"
