Superb location but rather old hotel. Staff only available after 2pm. Couldnt store luggage.

Not particularly bad, but not particularly good either

The room size is OK, the bathroom is super small, you have to touch the shower curtain when taking a shower. The hotel is just opposite the Xindaban Station, but it is very troublesome to get there, you have to go through a high-speed railway bridge, and the hotel elevator is also super small. There is no luggage storage service, so I don't recommend staying in this hotel.

The shower water was hot and cold, which made me catch a cold and have a fever of 40 degrees. It is far from the station, but it is right next to the train track, so it is very noisy every day. Don't be fooled again. This hotel is not even as good as a B&B.

The location is very good, very close to Shin-Osaka and Nishinakajima South, convenient for travel. However, the sound insulation is too poor, the floor is thin, and the neighbors can hear the conversation clearly when they move their chairs. It is okay to stay if you are not sensitive to sound.

I was quite bothered by the fact that there was a lot of hair in the room. The price was cheap and it was helpful. We had small children with us, so it was also helpful that we had tatami mats instead of beds.

Because it is very close to Shin-Osaka Station, there are train noises from time to time at night, but I am not very sensitive to this noise so I slept well.

It's about a 10 minute walk from the Shin-Osaka East exit. It was a smoking room, but there was little smell inside and it was comfortable.

There is no hot water. I asked the front desk but they did not solve the problem.

I couldn't book a room on Saturday, so I chose this one at a high price. It's really bad. I don't recommend it at all. Domestic friends should stay away from this place.

It was close to the station and convenient. It was close to the tracks so the noise was a bit annoying, but it wasn't a problem as I couldn't sleep. The facilities were old but I was able to stay cheaply so I had no complaints.
