We saw 3 different staff in front desk. They are all polite with smelling faces. Transportation services can be provided by UH Suites, for sure to book it in advance. Air condition and tiolets are brand-new ones.

Value for Money stay in Osaka, 5 mins walk to nearby subway station, and easily access to many community restaurants and shops. The room is in the shape of an apartment, very spacious in Japanese standard and normally can accomodate 4 people. The room was managed by a Korean team, very welcoming. only thing need to improve is the laundry room, where is two tiny to operate and also too hot during summer. But anyway, this hotel is great stay recommendation for Osaka.

Spacious and squiky clean … Felt the vibe of being home

The location is just 5 minutes away from the station, so it was very convenient to go to other places by subway. There were two bathrooms and showers, so there was no inconvenience for 4 people to use. All the staff were friendly, especially the short-haired female staff member, who was very friendly and gave us a lot of information while we were there. We were very grateful. There were many good restaurants around the accommodation, and there was a supermarket nearby. We were very satisfied.

The experience was great. We booked a quadruple room for two adults and two children. The two bunk beds were very large, the upper bed was 1.3 and the lower bed was 1.5. Compared with other B&Bs in Japan, this Korean apartment is really cost-effective and has a lot of space. There are also two separate toilets and two separate showers. All the service staff were very enthusiastic and polite. The cleaning time delayed 20 minutes before we could check in. The lady not only carefully reviewed the room hygiene, but also quickly gave a solution and compensation. I really like this service! And you can also make an appointment for the shuttle service in advance. It's really a good experience. I will come to your house next time~

This is the most satisfying place among the accommodations I have been to, including in Korea and Japan. All the staff are Korean, so communication is easy, and I was very satisfied with the price. The building itself is very neat and clean, as it was built not long ago.

We stayed here for one night. 2 adults, 1 elementary school child 4 single beds, closet. Living room, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms. Microwave, 1 induction cooker, cooking utensils. Unlimited YouTube viewing. The kids were happy. Is it a new building? It's very clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. There's a Family Mart nearby. There are also places to eat. There's a coin park next door. It was great for sightseeing in Osaka. The receptionist was Korean and very kind. The price was great because we made the reservation on the day, but it seems like the price will go up during the Expo.

Good location, close to the subway station, 711 and FamilyMart, CoCo and Matsuya fast food nearby, and you can walk to the main shopping district. Very clean, attentive and enthusiastic service, complete and easy to use facilities.

The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is very thoughtful. I will choose this place again next time. It is clean and comfortable. It is especially friendly to our large family. There are not many rooms this large, and the functional areas are very reasonable.

A suite has 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable and suitable for family travel. There is a large living room and kitchen, but we didn't use it because we didn't stay long. There is only one room on each floor, so it is very private.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The location is convenient, there is a subway station nearby, and you can walk to Namba Station. Go downstairs and turn left. There are Family Mart and 7-11 within 50 meters. There is a 24-hour Matsuya across the road. There are life supermarkets, yakiniku restaurants, yakiniku restaurants, izakayas, and drug stores nearby. All life needs can be solved within 500 meters. The hotel room is large, and the two sets of bathrooms are great. There is only one guest room on one floor. This layout makes the room very quiet. The hotel also provides a pick-up service from Namba Station to the hotel, which is really thoughtful. There are no facilities for drying clothes in the hotel room. The hotel provides a washing machine and a dryer, but the dryer takes too long to work, which is the only drawback. In short, I like this store and will come here next time.
