A wonderful place for the one who looking for a comfortable place to stay, Everything is great except the distance you have to walk to the subway took around 10-15 mins but if you love morning walk you will love this place

Clean place, complete facilities

Personally, this was the best accommodation. I travel a lot and it was more comfortable and clean than a hotel. It is especially good if you want to experience a Japanese home. The bathroom and shower were clean and the water was warm.

A family of five, four adults (over 12 years old) and one child, lived very satisfied! The house is a one-family building and we use it exclusively. The first floor is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a bedroom with a large bed. The second floor has two Japanese-style bedrooms, and there is no toilet on the second floor. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, and tableware is complete. You can cook vegetables and fry meat. There is also an electric rice cooker and microwave oven, and a gas stove with a small oven. The gas stove knob will not ignite until it is turned to the bottom (I turned it halfway and it didn’t ignite, so I thought it was out of power and went to buy a battery to change it:). Convenient transportation, a few hundred meters walk to Tsuruhashi Station. Convenient life, two large supermarkets nearby, Lawson is closer, and it is also close to the seafood market street. We bought Wagyu beef and fried it ourselves, and also bought sashimi. It is very suitable for families with children to cook and eat. There are also many choices for eating out. I didn’t see the landlord in the whole city. If there is something, it is no problem to contact the landlord by phone and communicate in English. The unlocking code is 6 digits, with an * before and after, and the four digits in the middle. We misunderstood the password in the landlord’s email and didn’t press the *, which took a long time.

It is a bit far from the station, and it is easy to get lost because you have to turn around many times. The room is clean and has adequate air conditioning. The downside is that the shower in the bathroom is not powerful enough and the wifi signal is not stable. However, considering the situation of multiple people staying in the hotel, the cost performance is indeed very high.

Family of 4 used it. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was great because it was a duplex. It was a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to experience Japanese culture. It's not very close to the subway. It takes about 15 minutes on foot. It was a bit inconvenient to carry luggage, but it was good to put it down and walk around. If I go to Osaka, Japan again, I'll use it again.

아이들과 함께한 가족여행이었어요. 호텔이아닌 일본식 가정집에 묵고싶어서 예약했습니다☺️ 사진으로 본대로 깨끗했고 세탁기를 쓸수있어 아이들옷도 그때그때 빨수있어서 좋았어요 ㅎ 시장을 지나서 가야해서 아이들과 시장구경하며 걷는것도 재미있었습니다 ☺️ 저녁이되면 조용한시간을 보낼수있는것도 좋았어요! ㅎ 잘 쉬다갑니다 👍☺️

優點： 1. 地點靠近地鐵站，距離超市或超商雖然有段距離但也徒步可及 2. 大部份的睡眠空間在2F，可和1F的生活空間區隔，讓家人中可提早休息的人完全隔開，尊重每人的生活作息 3. 可自行做簡單料理並洗衣，也有一些調味料可供自行料理時使用，可完全融入當地生活，體驗十分 4. 床位足夠，除2F兩間臥室外，1F也有床舖及沙發椅 缺點： 1. Wifi訊號不佳，有死角且不穩，家中成員會不時斷線，需再改善 2. 1F床舖有點過軟，枕頭也有點偏軟偏低 3. 如住兩天以上，垃圾量較大該如何處理，建議可先寫在住宿需知 4. 浴室排水口濾網較小，有洗髮的話容易塞在濾網且不好清理，建議可用好更換的耗材或增加清潔的便利性

設備一應俱全，洗衣煮飯都方便， 蹚滿了日式風情的民宿， 大人小孩都很喜歡， 小孩樓上的房間像是哆啦A夢的大雄房間， 他們好喜歡， 很適合親子， 大人小孩都住得很開心很滿意， 進出電子鎖， 不用帶鑰匙很便利。 住宿地點附近採買很方便， 日本傳統市場和超級市場都有， 購物超便利。 附近的店家食物好吃， 價格經濟實惠。 雖然離車站有點距離， 但是走走路， 享受周邊的日式風情超棒的。 搭JR電車都可以到我們要去的地方, 也因地制宜， 安排了以這個地點方便的行程。
