The facilities are still new & kept clean. The housekeeper is very helpful & responded to our every mail & demand very quickly. Room is compact & we had everything we wanted. They even provided free netflix & youtube at the tv so we could chill out after wandering the city all day. Entrance door is not installed with password key so everyone could enter property but Osaka is very safe city so we will let it pass.

Took a while to confirm the building as the front area was under renovation which caused minor confusion. But other than that everything was great & really enjoyed the place! Very comfortable with good facilities and service was great in helping us figure out the washing machine problem. Walking distance to Kuromon Market & the train station. Would recommend!

The main entrance door was broken on 2nd day of our stay, which might cause security concerns. Area is great as it is close to Kuromon Market. Walking distance to Namba station. 1 min walk to supermarket and 2 min walk to convenience store. The room is relatively small for our family of 4, cannot open all suitcases at the same time.

It was very nice. The location is perfect-in a small quiet street, however all entertainments, restaurants, bars, supermarket, large trade centers, Dotonbory street, Kuromon market are very close to the hotel. The subway Nipponbashi station is 5 minutes (it’s very convenient to get to Nara from it or to the airport Kobe). To the airport Kansai you can get directly from Namba station, that is just 15 minutes walking. The room is not large, but everything equipment and washing things there are in it. Beds are very good and comfortable. Thank you!

After the self check-in (with some help via online chat) we were happy with the big room and the great equipment. We can fully recommend this house.

Online check in process is easy and the response from the apartment was very fast. I was able to get the room earlier than expected on the check in day. Thanks for the arrangement.

In general, the stay is quite pleasant. The room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, make sure you get the key box password to obtain the room key, which they did not enclose in their email. We were stranded at mid night as we were arriving late, and without password to retrieve the room key. Luckily someone still responded from the main door notice, with the help of translation apps, we finally managed to check in at 1am. This happened to a couple next day staying next to us......

The curtains don't have blackout cloth, so the lights are on at 5:30, so I can't sleep well. There is a small step in front of the bathroom. The lights are not on at night, so I can't see. I kicked it and it bled. It took me 5 minutes to stand up. The location is good, it takes 2 minutes to get to the black door, the room is spacious, and the convenience store is close.

Very good, next to Kuromon Market, close to Nipponbashi subway station. There are washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, induction cookers, pots, knives and tableware. It's very good to fry steak yourself.

Close to Kuromon Market, convenient for travel, complete facilities, can make simple meals, suitable for family travel, 2 large beds can accommodate 4 people, no need to take a taxi to Shinsaibashi, Nihonbashi and other places!

We traveled with three adults and one child, including the elderly and the young. Facilities: microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, balcony, washing powder, pots and pans, dishwashing liquid, everything is complete. Sanitation: very clean and tidy, and the faucet has sufficient water pressure and is large. It also drains very quickly when there is hair in the shower, which is better than at home 😄. The toilet is also quite smart and environmentally friendly. Transportation is 10 minutes walk from the subway station, which is very convenient. There are many supermarkets downstairs. The only thing missing is that the entrance on the first floor is under decoration, but it is still quite good in the room.

It's pretty good, with convenient transportation, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. There were a few Koreans living next door last night, and they were very loud, affecting our sleep.
