I don't recommend the Umeda branch of this hotel. It's a bit far from Umeda Station, about three traffic lights away. It's also located downhill from an elevated overpass, with a small 24-hour supermarket across the street. The environment is rather shabby. Furthermore, the in-room telephones didn't work. One of the front desk staff was quite indifferent. First-time visitors would have difficulty navigating the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There's no women's-only floor. The mixed-gender floors felt unsafe. The laundry service wasn't gender-specific, and it was quite busy.
