Very good Location near Dotonbori just few minutes walk and to nearby Osaka Metro. Worth the stay for 4 nights.

Great hotel location - would suggest it for those who wish to spend time on Dotonbori street/go to Nara & Kyoto during the day.

Room is spacious and fully equipped by facilities eg. washer and dryer and a simple pantry. Room is very clean as well. the only weak point is the location, about 10-15mins walking distance from nagahoribashi station, luckily there are family marts nearby. definitely will come again in coming osaka trip!

The room service facilities are in place, the rooms are tidy, and the toiletries are great. It is recommended that friends who come here do not need to bring their own! Refrigerators and tableware are all complete, no smell, great experience 👍🏻

Disadvantages: The website says the size is 28 square meters, but the actual size is at most 20 square meters, which is seriously reduced and misreported. During the 3 nights, the garbage bags were not changed (the garbage in the front had a smell), and there was no room service. The location is bad, 10 minutes further away from the commercial street than nearby hotels of the same price. There is no breakfast, which makes the price seem even higher. The price of a room with this kind of service is at most half the price. I really don't know how much PR was done to set up this hotel? I really regret booking this hotel. Very bad review.

The room is very clean and convenient for travel. However, the room is close to the road and the cars on the bridge make noise all night. If you have trouble sleeping, it is really difficult to fall asleep because the noise of cars coming and going is too loud.

1. Soundproofing is very poor. There is an iron door on the wall between our room and the next room. We can hear people talking and laughing in the next room. 2. Transportation is inconvenient. It is a long way to each subway station. It is very tiring to drag a suitcase. It is also a long way to walk to Shinsaibashi and a long way to take the subway station to Shinsaibashi. 3. Service. There is basically no service. It is self-service throughout the whole process. There is no cleaning during the stay. You have to take out the garbage bags by yourself and maintain the room hygiene by yourself. If you need them to clean, it costs about RMB 160 per time. 4. Size. There is no problem opening a 28-inch and 20-inch suitcase at the same time. It is quite spacious. 5. Hygiene. The bathroom and bedding are quite clean, but the carpet is not cleaned. My daughter squatted and played on the ground for a while, and her pants were full of long hair...

It's too far from the station. Any station, Nagahoribashi, Shinsaibashi, Nihonbashi, and Tanimachi 9-chome are all 15 minutes away. The pillows are saggy and uncomfortable. 

I think it would be more comfortable if they provided kitchen utensils and seasonings.

It feels like a place surrounded by many subway stations, but it takes about 10 minutes to get to each subway station. But the facilities in the room are very complete, including cooking stoves, tableware, kitchen utensils, washing machines and dryers. There is also a small terrace, which is really comfortable! ! The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is also convenient.

It is basically the same as a double room, except that there is an extra single bed and the chair is moved away, so there is no chair in the room.

The location is convenient. You can walk to Shinsaibashi in ten minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped. You can add toilet supplies in the lobby by yourself. The room is also very spacious. The bathroom also has a drying system, which is very convenient. This is a self-service hotel and B&B, so no one will serve you in the lobby. I will still choose this B&B next time I visit Osaka.
