Great place

Bathroom ceiling pipe broke at midnight spurting out yellow water everywhere,including my personal belongings. Hotel front desk worker said there was no other room for replacement. they sent an engineer to fix the pipe later but this midnight incident disturbed my sleep too much. I wrote a complaint letter to the hotel management center on January 29 but haven't got any reply until now.

The hotel location is perfect and they switch me in free of cost in a suite room because my room AC has some noise.

The hotel amenities are great(indoor pool, gym, spa, beach, sauna).Hotel room is spacious and well cleaned. Staff are polite and helpful.The choices of the food in the buffet are great too!

Good front staff

Excellent service. Clean and spacious rooms. A variety of lunches (we took an additional fee of 60 dirhams per person, breakfasts for 50). Close to the beach.

Excellent hotel, gorgeous view from the balconies, took a room with one bedroom, two balconies overlooked the sea, just super, the room is huge, everything was there, bathrobes, dental supplies, razors, the hotel is worth the money, delicious breakfasts, normal choice, Wi-Fi works just great, even on the beach, the beach is not directly opposite the hotel but a little to the left, 10 minutes walk or every half hour a bus goes, if the bus is full the second one arrives immediately, lots of sockets for charging, Russian channels, by the way the beach is very long, where you can walk, there are lots of shops, cafes nearby, there is an outlet right next door. I advise everyone, a liquor store is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Why did I lower the rating, because they didn't take our luggage from the taxi for a long time, we thought and thought, so we would have carried it ourselves, though after much thought, then they still took it and brought it to the room, but these are trifles. During the whole trip I changed four hotels for new locations.

We chose a hotel in the coastal area to have its own beach; we needed a hotel for the whole day for a long layover between flights (from Sharjah airport and back for about 55-60 dirhams by taxi). The staff was responsive, they accommodated us and gave us a relatively early check-in since we didn’t stay overnight. The room is very good, overlooking the sea. There are no Russian-style sockets, but to charge phones we made do with USB sockets, of which there are many in the room. The hotel has a small pool and saunas, which is a plus for us. The hotel has its own beach across the road, they provide beach towels upon registration, there is a toilet and changing cabins on the beach. There is also an embankment nearby, there are food outlets and shops. The room has a balcony, convenient for drying swimsuits and towels. The photo shows a general view of the hotel and the view from the room from the balcony.

The hotel is very clean, the reception staff speaks Russian, they checked us in an hour earlier than expected, they gave us a better room than we booked. The food is normal. The only thing I didn't like was that there are a lot of cats on the beach, and they climb onto the sun loungers and **** on the towels. That's why the towels smell. I took clean ones, but the smell was terrible. You need to either remove the cats or treat the towels from the stink.

We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. At the reception you can exchange dollars and euros for dirhams - at the rate of 3.6 at the exchange office at the airport they exchanged us 3.45. It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure. During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up. The food for breakfast was varied and tasty. We didn't take lunch or dinner, because... wanted to try different local food. If necessary, you can order, for an adult it will be approximately 60 dirhams. On the beach they provide towels and sunbeds for free, there are almost always places available. Minuses: - cool water came out of the tap and shower almost all the time, except for the last day, no matter how you regulate it. It was not very pleasant to wash. - there is a drain on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently a not very pleasant smell came from them periodically. Overall I recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option.
