Recepionist: good communication, very kind, the guard also good. Entrance: Mesmerizing, beautiful, a lot of mural that you can take pictures (which i forgot to snap), comfy seat at waiting and leisure corner infront of reception counter. Room: Clean, spacious, very comfy pillow, full of lights, have iron clothes and iron board. Bathroom: shower room bit small, toilet head host need to change, there is a cockroach at shower curtain 🫠. Parking: Lots of parking.

nice location , ample parking space, nice service by receptionist hotel management should consider to provide basic amenities such as tooth brush, shave kit & etc. to all rooms

I'm booking for family room but they said the room is full. Got 1 extra bed but still the room not convenience as room per booked because it is small. The food just a simple menu. Don't expect more. Parking is easy.

Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

The room was small. Space between beds was limited. Room clean and clean sheets were observed. Limited furniture for working.. Table top stained by ironing by previous guests

Bathing towels look like a floor mat - light dark. Shower room does not have tooth brush and comb Shower liquid is dual uses- not a good quality shampoo and body wash Room does not provide any slipper for use on the cold tile floor Breakfast is plain basic bread butter, noodle,...salad and coffee and tea. The Toilet paper holder has never cleaned before ...I guessed so dirty Good location to access the china town.

There are no local eateries in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel water heater for shower was not working. Towels were old and tainted. No toiletries provided in the room. And the breakfast selection was poor. Will not repeat staying here.

Good hotel at a good location. Plenty of food around the hotel. Breakfast is provided as well.

Overall the stay was a pleasant one, the hotel strategic location is a plus for ease of travelling to all major attractions in the adjacent such as pasar siti khadijah and others, near and in walking distance to 7 eleven and other eateries. Hotel room is not spacious but in a clean and neat condition. no odor and whatnot, the lift working well and this hotel have plenty parking space (open car park just exactly in front of the hotel & limited basement parking on the hotel building itself. Lobby is very welcoming and there is a decent cafe/ coffee house/ restaurant in the lobby area. This hotel is a hidden gem in Kota Bharu apart of all the other well known hotels, i prefer this hotel and definitely will be returning in near future.

The towels look very old. Recommend to paint the room because some of the wall got dirty marks. Easy to find a food.
