Coral Sands Inn

Great location with a nice clean room that was quite comfortable. Quiet part of town, so it was very peaceful. Not many places you can get a room on the beach at this rate!

Had to get hotel when my sister was having surgery for terminal brain cancer and the hotel said they could discount the two rooms cheaper than *******. When I got home, they double charged me and still owe me $134. My sister is dying and I specifically asked if I should book it through ******* and she offered the discount. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I visit this area often to see my family. Corals Sands is very clean, both the hotel rooms and the outdoor areas. I had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the outdoor pool. Very convenient to the grocery store and other shopping. The staff was very friendly. I plan to be back!

Last night a lady showed up at our camp site. She did not identify herself as the manager and told us that her workers needed to do some work the meaning this morning we asked her to please wait till after we checked out at 12 o’clock and she said OK that’s fine. Woke up sat trying to drink my coffee … We had a beautiful view until two of the workers decided to put cones 5 feet from where my chair was to block my view. I asked them to stop and because they were mad that I asked them to please wait to do their work until we left at noon. The workers intentionally retaliated against me when I asked them to not start their work until we were left and they placed big red cones 3 feet from my chair I tried to complain to the manager, who was the same lady that showed up at dark last night. When I started to tell her about what her workers did, she refused to listen to my complaint because she didn’t like my tone. Yes, my tone because I was angry, for the fact, she wouldn’t even listen. Of course, my tone was aggravated. When I told her she had a problem with my tone. She needed to grow ovaries, and she got offended by that …this is still America and if you are offended by the word ovaries you have a real problem . Also, We have a problem when you can’t complain about the management.. she refused to give me their phone number. I have everything on video and I would love to present it to the owners or the corporation that is in charge of this place because what happened was horrible. After I tried to complain to her, which she absolutely REFUSED to here my complaint. I told her we were leaving early. I got back to the campsite and was asking another worker for information on her boss and she walked up harassing me again. I have all this on video. Latoya is very unprofessional and lacks management training and how to address customer complaints. I hope they have videos in the office. I have videos of everything that I wrote about here. We will never go back. Ever! Also, their bathroom has 1 inch gaps so you cannot use the bathroom in private. It’s impossible and it’s ridiculous.. Thumbs down!

It was the perfect place for a family reunion. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The beach is gorgeous. There is a wonderful grassy area where the kids played. We had a cottage, with pots, pans, stove, and refrigerator overlooking the beach. I hope all my family reunions will be held there in the future!
