Reservation was easy, check in was good. No ice machine working, only sugary continental breakfast, feet stuck to the floor in the room.

The place is really old and run down. The one ice machine on the premises was broken. But, the bed was comfy, the air was quiet and cool, the shower was hot, the place was quiet, had a 50" inch tv mounted on the wall, a cold fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and most of all NO BUGS !! So, if you are looking to crash for a night or two, plus wanting to save some cheese, then I would recommend them because my experience was that I got what I paid for. If you want more, then you need to seek shelter elsewhere.

Everything you can ask for. Clean polite praises amason owner's very nice. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay especially for the incredibly low price. I was stay there a time and time again every time I go to. They're on a beach guaranteed.

Quiet an old building, I was thankful for not having carpet, however the tile floor has layers of dirt and “fabuloso”, plenty of debris and dust on the baseboards. I couldn’t believe the dirt on my socks.
The towels and old restroom were pretty nice, room 116 plenty of black mold on the shower curtain.
Not an expensive room, but the dirty floor is unforgivable.

This place is gross. The first room had live crawling German cockroaches. We were moved to different a room. The second room also German cockroaches and they knew about it, because they had sticky traps with roaches on them on the floor by the refrigerator. There was also someones pressed on eyelashes on the night stand stuck to it after they had allegedly cleaned the room specifically for us to move from the first one. Never offered a discount or any sort of apology or anything for the inconvenience. Just charged full price as we were in town for rockville and everywhere was sold out.

Clean,comfortable,friendly people.Convenient to our needs.Easy access to 95 north and south.Not far from restaurants and walmart.Its outside the traffic of the busy Daytona and Ormond Beach but easy to get there when u want to. It's next to a fruit stand. Has fruit, fireworks and shirts and dresses and gifts,candy.
