The hottub worked and we enjoyed pool to ourselves, everything is very new and clean. But we received no recognition for our 52nd anniversary, being Diamond or Disabled. However they kept my phone charger! Thank you.Friendly staff.Unusual breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at this property August 14-18, 2024. The hotel is in a great location with the pet friendly beach and the not pet friendly beach meeting very near the hotel which makes is great if you bring your pet or if you don't want to be around pets. You can also drive on the beach in front of the hotel for a daily fee of $20. Totally worth it if you bring way to much beach stuff like we do. The room was unusually large/spacious and very clean. There was also a full kitchen (minus the oven/stove) with a full size refrigerator. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the beach and pool. Beautiful view! Our check in person, Angeline, had a line at the desk but acknowledged everyone that was waiting and got through the line super quick and was very nice and accommodating. We checked out at 5am and Gante was wide awake and cheerfull. He explained our bill and made sure all the charges were correct before we left. Also, the breakfast attendant offered us fresh coffee. We have already suggested this property to friends and will definitely stay there out next trip to Ormond/Daytona Beach.

For a weekend getaway this was a perfect spot. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. In fact, the staff seemed to be cleaning constantly. The furnishings were perfect and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large enough for two but not much more. Almost a full kitchen with refrigerator, micro, dishwasher, sink and real dishes etc. The staff, and there seemed to be alot of them, was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean (again)! Breakfast each morning was fine. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Very clean hotel and super friendly helpful staff especially Rmani and Brittany. All rooms are suites and very comfortable. Recycling is treated seriously here. Housekeeping is every other day for trash and linen but if needed and requested housekeeping are happy to service room at request. Hot breakfast is available if a little basic. First stay here and will not be our last.

This is our second stay at the Home2Suites in Ormond Beach. I couldn’t be more thankful for the staff, especially Brittney. She worked her magic to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, despite my last minute decision to add a room. Everyone was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and the daily breakfast was a nice bonus. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a delightful visit at Home2Suites in Ormond Beach. The hotel is on the ocean, has a nice pool deck with ample seating and a great breakfast. Even though our room was right behind the elevators, it was very quiet. Brittany and Leah at the front desk were very friendly and efficient at checking us in and out. The breakfast was great including waffles, eggs and a variety of pastries and fruit. We highly recommend this hotel and will be returning.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel right on the ocean. The rooms were clean, as all rooms at Home2 Suites I have stayed at have been. The staff was generally friendly and helpful with very rare exception. It is convenient to Daytona if you wish to venture down there.

It's a nice location on the beach but the beach itself is pretty small and there are a lot of other units and people in the area. Hotel was clean, parking lot is very small and fills quick. Elevators are terribly slow and the stairs take you to the outside versus the lobby so you can either wait eons for the elevator or exit to the parking lot via stairs then walk back inside to access the lobby or breakfast or the pool entrance. There was no bathtub, just a shower with a terrible water pressure. I did like the liquid hand soap by the sink, it's preferable to bar soap. Pool is small but warm. Guests take over all seating by 8 am with towels holding their spots which is frustrating and super rude. They should have to be present to use the chairs.

Actually clean rooms are hard to find anymore, it’s frankly crazy but true. NOT THE CASE with H2S Ormond Beach, Oceanfront. These folks all care, I don’t know why they do (hard to earn a livable wage thanks to Uncle Joe) or how Hilton motivates but we sure did appreciate them! Rooms, halls, pool area, breakfast (which was amazing every morning), bathrooms, gym, all very well kept. Everyone very friendly. Britany at the front desk was just the best! So helpful always, above and beyond! We will be back in August and plan to just stay here from now on. Hands down better than any hotel we have stayed at for the last two years!
