We have to throw out our own trash which is a bit annoying but overall the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Great hotel. Stayed one night with family (2 adults and 2 children) on the way to the South of France. Hotel is neat, complete and offers overnight stays at a competitive price. Hotel is a bit difficult to find from the main road.

The lady at the reception is very nice, very friendly, and attentive.
Perfect location with tram and bus for a pedestrian traveler like me that's a plus.

We booked this hotel way in advance with parking reservation confirmed. However just a week before the arrival we’ve received information that there is no parking available without an explanation or even an apology. I’ve tried to contact customer service is Accor and they’ve just forwarded my e-mail to the hotel where I don’t get any responses from. Therefore I am very upset as we travel with small children and were planning to leave the car for the night on secure location and take only some things with us. Is we are forced to leave the car on the street we would need to unload all our belongings for planned vacation and it’s highly inconvenient. This never happened to me in all my previous stays with Accor and I am afraid to book ever again.
