"This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located. Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses."

"We just spent a night in this apartment/hotel on the 3rd floor and everything was fine. The room is quite spacious for two, with a small folding table and a small round table. A coffee pod, a small bottle of water, tea, and a small cake were provided. The double bed is actually two single beds, which isn't a problem at all. The bedding, duvet, and pillows are comfortable! Picking up the keys was very easy (we received the email when booking directly on their website, and it was also cheaper than through B.), especially since the reception is closed on weekends from Saturday noon. We weren't cold in the room, contrary to some reviews. The soundproofing was also good in our room. It's really excellent value for money at 40 euros a night! (However, according to their sign in the lobby, the price may be higher or lower depending on the season.) You're right next to the conference center, accessible by lines 3, 4, and 7, and the conference center is right next to the Orléans train station (walking distance). A Carrefour City supermarket and a post office are right next door. The parking lot indicated in the reservation had plenty of space, and we were able to park easily (and for free, since it's free from Saturday noon onwards on weekends). Alternatively, the establishment offers a daily rate (8 euros) if you're staying with them. One thing is for sure: we'll be back! Thank you."
