"No noise in the room which was a good size and well equipped. Comfortable bedding. The bathroom was also in perfect condition, but with the disadvantage of insufficient protection against splashing water, it was difficult not to flood the floor. Everything was very clean. Room rather above my expectations. Breakfast of satisfactory quality, consistent with the category. Very friendly staff. At breakfast, I noticed that many customers were regulars. Indeed, for me, the hotel was a good choice: at the time of my stay, the rate was quite competitive."

"Fantastic all round, impossible to fault (no, I don't have any connection). The receptionists Marie and Justine were real stars, perfect English, friendly and efficient. The room was a good size with power all the time without having to put your room card in a slot. And, for the first time in a while, I didn't have to go back down to reception to ask how to turn all the lights on and off! The wifi worked well. The toilet, sink and shower were separate, the latter giving hot water very quickly. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive and, quite unusually, the hot food was actually hot! I can't think of anything they could do to make it better, though the location would be a personal choice. Plenty of Uber taxis charging around €10 to/from the town centre."

"The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints in the piravte car park were a welcome addition for an eV driver but the first one I tried didn't work so I missed the opportunity to get a full charge during dinner which gave me a lot of issues the next day."

"We just spent a night in this apartment/hotel on the 3rd floor and everything was fine. The room is quite spacious for two, with a small folding table and a small round table. A coffee pod, a small bottle of water, tea, and a small cake were provided. The double bed is actually two single beds, which isn't a problem at all. The bedding, duvet, and pillows are comfortable! Picking up the keys was very easy (we received the email when booking directly on their website, and it was also cheaper than through B.), especially since the reception is closed on weekends from Saturday noon. We weren't cold in the room, contrary to some reviews. The soundproofing was also good in our room. It's really excellent value for money at 40 euros a night! (However, according to their sign in the lobby, the price may be higher or lower depending on the season.) You're right next to the conference center, accessible by lines 3, 4, and 7, and the conference center is right next to the Orléans train station (walking distance). A Carrefour City supermarket and a post office are right next door. The parking lot indicated in the reservation had plenty of space, and we were able to park easily (and for free, since it's free from Saturday noon onwards on weekends). Alternatively, the establishment offers a daily rate (8 euros) if you're staying with them. One thing is for sure: we'll be back! Thank you."

"As a hotel it's okay. Rooms are clean enough, staff is friendly enough. The big plus is the grass court outside, and the pool, allowing the kids some activities after a day in the car. The distance from the Netherlands is ideal: a day's drive. But it's pricey for a family of 5. We've had lesser experiences in the restaurant. For two years in a row the receipt did not match the prices on the menu, and things were just messed up. Food is average; chicken is often dry and portions are quite small. We had to complain and spend time fixing this. Breakfast on the other hand is great. The last time we were promised a discount on the second room, but it was never given. Have been waiting for customer support for 2 1/2 months now, and after several phone calls... absolutely nothing. No news, no information, nothing."
