The room hardware is OK, but the service is terrible. We stayed for four nights, but they never cleaned the room, did not clear the trash, and did not replenish the supplies. We went to the front desk every night to ask for cleaning the next day, and reminded them to clean the room when we left in the morning, but they ignored us, as if we hadn't said anything. When we returned to the room in the afternoon, everything was the same. I would collapse if I stayed any longer😫

Absolutely fantastic service! Austin is a lifesaver. I realized I had left my wallet in the car after he had already parked it, and he didn't hesitate for a second to graciously take me all the way back to retrieve it. He completely saved my evening with his kindness and positive attitude. That is truly going above and beyond. Thank you, Austin!

The property was extremely nice. As soon as we pulled up Chris and Mark opened our doors and helped us unpack. Chris even went above and beyond and helped us take our luggage to the room since my friend is handi-cappable. Later on we stepped out, when we came back Mark and Jawad assisted us again with our vehicles by opening the doors and helping us out. Then the next day we got even more great service from Xica and Steven. Overall this was the best service i have ever received from valet.

Check in was quick and seamless. The front desk team was professional and efficient. The valet attendant Xica was also incredibly welcoming and took care of me right away. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall great experience from start to finish.
