The room hardware is OK, but the service is terrible. We stayed for four nights, but they never cleaned the room, did not clear the trash, and did not replenish the supplies. We went to the front desk every night to ask for cleaning the next day, and reminded them to clean the room when we left in the morning, but they ignored us, as if we hadn't said anything. When we returned to the room in the afternoon, everything was the same. I would collapse if I stayed any longer😫

I had been looking forward to cooling off in the pool on the drive in but was very disappointed that the water felt like a hot tub. It's been in the upper 90s so yes the water will get hot but they need to drain it down & refill it otherwise there's no point in having a pool no one will use. Also not having access to my car to go back & forth & get things out & having to pay $45 per night to park is extremely annoying. They say you can call for the car as much as you want but who wants to hassle with that? Not to mention of course the valet wants a tip as if paying almost $200 a night plus $45 to park isn't enough. I would never stay here again even though the room is nice.

I loved staying at the hotel. It is in close proximity to Lake Eola, restaurants and shops. My only negative is there is no parking and you need to park on the street. Luckily for us, we came on Saturday afternoon, so after 6 and on Sunday roadside parking is free, but any other time would have been challenging. Also once we parked, we didn't want to leave and lose our spot, so we didn't experience the evening as we would have.

Parking is the only thing that is expensive in this whole area. I recommend parking in the hotel even when you end up paying more. If you are towed prepared for a long run to a scary area, almost 25 minutes away and the people in charge are not serious at all with your time.
