The Indian Man who runs this place is a womanizing control freak that does violating things to guests! He bullied his way into our room on the 2nd day of our reservation. Add insult to injury the only ones in our room was my children… why did that man think it was appropriate to push his way sinto our room with 13 teen in it? We are not clear… he is way out of line and someone needs to Fire this man immediately! Had we not come to the room when we did it would have more than likely become a physically harmful situation to our kids. We seen him earlier that morning harassing the room next to us at 10:58 screaming at them and recording them for not being checked out or paid up when check out time is 11! He even said he was calling the cops (he did) and banning them from ever booking… STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THAT INDIAN ESP IF YOU HAVE KIDS

Very clean, spacious room with microwave, toaster, fridge, hair dryer and iron. The only drawback is there are no shops nearby. We needed to hire Uber every time when we went out. The closest Walgreens is at least 15 minutes on foot.

I loved waking up every morning the views are amazing the host is amazing and was there via text or phone call with any question we had through our trip. And every night I got to watch fireworks from my balcony ! I definitely will be back Thank you so much . Also make sure to check out Epic Universe they have complimentary shuttles to Epic ! When at universal catch the shuttles to the “endless summer “ resort it’s the hotel next door and only a short walk back to the point . There shuttles run every 20 minutes

The suite was amazing, very clean and spacious only wish my newlywed wife and I could have stayed longer. The location was ideal, as it was close to all the parks (ie Seaworld and Universal) as we were visiting for Halloween Nights. The price was great considering what is included in the suite (ie full kitchen and bath and separate shower.

Overall stay was great. The only complaints are that the kitchen trash was too small, was given one trash bag, and no hand soap. Felt like rooms weren’t stocked enough if we went with a full family, we would have struggled more. Overall very quiet and nice and cold in the room.

I wish I could give more than 5/5 stars! This room was AMAZING. The value paid to what we got was absolutely worth it, so much so, we are already booking our next trip! After a long night of walking at Disney, the jacuzzi tub made our night. The views are gorgeous, the distance from universal is literally across the street. Very clean, easy check in process, safe and adorable!

Someone used the room prior to me getting there at night as there was a full tub of hot water and an open bottle of milk on the kitchen counter. TV in the master bedroom did not work at all. AC unit did not working the second night and was not blowing out any air causing the room to reach up to 78 degrees inside
