The room is very big, feels like home. The location is also very good. Close to everything.
All staffs is very friendly and helpful for the check in to check out. The resort always have activities for guests to join. I really enjoyed my time there. It worst the money. The pool is clean and big enough for the guests.

Very bad and will never go there again, check out on 10 am and i didnt remember to check out on time and was outside to drop the rented car , the room service came knocked the door strongly , they scared my kids to push them go out Then the security guy came to push go out !!! They didn’t call the room before come do this **** they push and scared my kids and asking my kids pay extra night If late , so strange so bad people will never go there again,
You can ask me to pay that 200$ normally because i forgot checkout 10 am it will Beter than that gangs

I stayed here for 7 days, and the overall feeling is good. The room is clean and the bed is moderately soft and firm. There are a lot of fast food near the hotel, and there are also convenience stores. You can buy drinks and put them in the refrigerator to drink slowly. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney and Universal, but the time is weird. The bus to Disney arrives at 10:00 in the morning, and the bus to Universal arrives at 7:05 in the morning. To go to Disney I called Lyft, because I want to enter the park early. Also, the hotel does not clean the room every day. If you need to clean, you need to tell the front desk in advance.
There are 3 places in the hotel with free self-service washing machines and dryers. You need to bring your own washing powder, which is very convenient.
Another small defect is that the sound insulation of the hotel is not very good, and the sound of the next door can be heard very clearly.
If you can, don't choose the first floor. There are garbage bins on the first floor, and many people throw garbage and make a lot of noise. Quite noisy.

As far as value for money goes I would stay here every time. It’s all around the same area as the big hotel chains in the area, but for half the price you get the same location, a clean roll, a friendly check in service, and it’s a quiet and nice place to be.
We only stayed 2 nights to visit Disney on our way through but there were so many great facilities that we saw and didn’t get to use. Next time we will stay longer and here again for sure!
