Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center

I have to say it's high efficiency valuable hotel in Orlando. It's excellent position for convention center. Walk to convention center around 8mins. It's beside international blvd. Highly recommend. The Only problem is might be the elevator is super old and shake

The hotel is being renovated and there were issues with the hot water and lifts. Room service needs more attention but kudos to the manager and Hannah who attended promptly to the issues.

I booked a suite at this hotel for a Saturday night, arriving at 9 PM with my family, including my infant child. I expected the level of quality and service that Marriott is known for. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. The suite we were given had black mold all over the ceiling—a clear health hazard, especially for a baby. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and to their credit, they offered another suite. But unbelievably, the second suite also had black mold on the ceiling. Now it’s 10 PM, I have a baby with me, and I’m scrambling to find another hotel in the area. Most places are already fully booked for the night. I asked the front desk for help finding another Marriott property nearby (something that’s typically standard procedure under Marriott's hospitality promises) … and they flat-out refused. Their response was to “call on Monday to speak to a manager.” Completely unacceptable. This is beyond poor customer service—this is a serious health and safety issue, and the staff’s lack of urgency or empathy, especially with a baby involved, was appalling. I didn’t even stay the night and ended up finding alternative accommodations at my own EXPENSE and effort, late at night, in a city I am not familiar with. I will be filing a formal complaint with Marriott and local health authorities. If this is how they handle mold and guest safety, it makes you wonder what else is being overlooked. Until this property addresses its mold issues and retrains its staff on guest safety and crisis handling, I strongly advise avoiding this location.

Everyone was so great to us! We had a small hiccups because the whole Marriott system was down but the employees managed like champs! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the in room safe was a nice surprise, the employees were so professional and kind! Would return there without a second thought
