A wonderful hotel. It’s in a good location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are of an excellent standard and are kept meticulously clean with beds made and new towels daily. I would definitely recommend to others.

Próximo a los parques de Universal. Ofrece traslado diario a de ida a los parques a 8.15 y regresando a las 17.30. Es un hotel viejo, con instalaciones amplias. Ofrece lo que dicen ellos ser un desayuno, que es realmente desastroso, pobre y bastante desagradable. Todo es servido en vajilla descartable, y la oferta son solo hidratos de carbono. Si solo vas que ir a dormir y querés estar cera de universal es una buena opción.

We had an overnight stay as family of 4. Checked in late but it was super smooth and easy. Location is very convenient with close proximity to Universal Parks and Outlet Mall and a lot dining options within 500yrds. Nice clean place with basic air-conditioned rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk is real nice with pleasant helpful and smiling staff particularly Lara. They have ample parking which is free and a shuttle to Universal. They would also hold/ store the luggage after the checkout in case one wants to venture out for a while. Breakfast options are minimal but enough for a complete breakfast. They don't make stuff so once the supplies finish it's over. They hold $50 as incidentals which didn't make sense as there's no minibar and a very basic room. Also it's a lot of hassle tracking whether one's got the money back or not. I am still waiting for mine. Location 5/5 Staff 5/5 Beds 5/5 Breakfast 3/5 (because of limited supply)

Great hotel at a great price. It is very close to Universal Orlando, which makes it perfect if you are vacationing. Clean room and good customer service. They service breakfast every morning and the guest are friendly!

Hotel ótimo, próximo aos parques e aos principais outlets de orlando. Possui transporte para os parques da Universal grátis. Gostei muito da higiene dos quartos e do atendimento, funcionários muito prestativos. O café da manhã é o padrão dos EUA.
