Hilton Garden Inn Ordos Kangbashi

We originally planned to stay at the Crowne Plaza for two nights, but ended up switching to the newly opened Hilton after just one night. The room was bright and spacious, the facilities were relatively new, and the front desk was very attentive. Compared to the arrogant and patronizing Crowne Plaza, the front desk here saw that our family had booked a room without a buffet and proactively gave us three breakfast coupons each day. Although we didn't use them, we were still very grateful. We were most satisfied with the size of the twin room, which is perfect for a family trip. When we needed water, the room service was very generous and immediately filled a bag with it, which was very generous. The buffet mainly features Cantonese cuisine, which is relatively light here, and is more suitable for guests from Jiangsu and Zhejiang in Shanghai. If I must give some advice, it would be better and more distinctive if all dairy products in the buffet were replaced with local fresh milk.

This Hilton Garden Inn experience was truly wonderful and highly recommended. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable. Upon check-in, the front desk staff, Lexi, was welcoming and professional, providing detailed information on the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Stepping into the room, the clean and tidy environment was a welcome relief. The hotel's facilities are also comprehensive, with brand new gym equipment and a convenient laundry service. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of local specialties and a Western breakfast menu, which was incredibly delicious and truly delighted my palate. Check-out was prompt and efficient, with no fuss.

My friends who checked in with me were given breakfast coupons, but I didn't. I drank water in the middle of the night and found that a bottle of water in the room had been opened. I was so scared that I didn't dare to drink it anymore. My friend checked into the room and found false eyelashes. I wanted to change the room on the same floor, but they didn't have any. It was a very bad experience. The hygiene service was poor everywhere. I didn't expect a newly opened hotel to be like this.

The room is clean and hygienic, there is no odor in the room, the hotel environment is very good, the service facilities and equipment are very complete, the breakfast variety is very rich and the taste is good. It is the first choice for business trips. Lexi and Eva at the front desk provide very good service.

I went to Ordos for an exam on the weekend. I booked another hotel the day before, but the soundproofing was very poor. I changed to Hilton Garden Inn the next day. It is a little far from the center, but you can order takeout through JD.com Express, which is very convenient. The first room was a little cold due to the drastic drop in temperature, but the front desk responded quickly and upgraded the room type for free. The service attitude was very good, and the breakfast was also rich, with various Inner Mongolian specialties. The milk tea with dried meat was delicious. I will book Hilton again next time I come to Kangbashi.
