It was literally hell on earth. Not so much of a paradise stay in Aruba. The owner is a women called Ashley and she’s hiding behind the so called other owner named Alexander McQueen. She’s very unprofessional and she’s customer unfriendly and 0 hospitality. She scammed me for over 200 euros. I told her to give me my money back and she blocked me. She scammed me. The rooms were very dirty and the fridge wasn’t working. The beds were filled with yellow stains and the bathrooms was filled with water every time we went to the bathroom. We paid for airconditioning and she shut our airco down every day from 7-7 because she had the opinion that we used it too often. Long story short: DO NOT GO THERE. SHE IS A SCAMMER AND A HORRIBLE PERSON.

Not recommended Palmita Hotel is a shelter and not a hotel at all. All costumers have to use 1 toilet and bathroom. The owner is fresh and greedy. At the end they’ll charge you a lot of extra expenses. Not recommended at all if you want to stay in a comfortable hotel.

Hostellife.. I personaly had a good stay at Palmita hostel with no problems. The hosts Barbara and Walter was very helpfull and respectfull to me. As long as you follow the hostel rules your fine! I broke a fork and compensated it and it worked well.

Do NOT book here. I booked a family room, which was supposed to have a double bed and 2bunks. They end up giving us a room with only one bunk bed for 3 of us. According to the owner ******* didn't pay them so they rented our room out. According ******* they did get paid and they won't even refund us a penny, not even for the part they over charged us. The owners solution was that we had to fly back another time to get a discounted stay of the books. Nothing in writing, I just had to take their words for it. The owner didn't offered us any compensation until we were about to load our luggage into our arrange taxi, that they were going to call their driver to come pick us up... Really? We needed to go to the airport already and expect us to wait. Sorry but not planning to miss my flight. Although the people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. The owners are horrible. I was traveling with a 5 year old and a senior. They were so uncomfortable the whole stay.

This place was terrible! We booked for 8 nights and only stayed 1. The owner is a complete liar and scammed us out of $950. Do not go here!!! No toilet paper, no refrigerator, share a toilet and a shower with 20 other visitors. Air conditioner didn't work.

Absolutely the worse experience we have ever had. Our flight was delayed and we were in constant communication with the facility informing them we would arrive a day later than planned. They stated it wasno problem but when we arrived they stated that they had reported us as a no show and therefore gave up our suite even though it was still posted for available. They offered us a dormitory room with bunk beds and queen bed for our family of 6. We were told we were not allowed to have any food or drinks in the room and all 3 refrigerators did not work. There was no stove top to cook on, air conditioning had to stay off unless we were sleeping. We could only be in the rooms to sleep. When we left we needed to leave room unlocked. We were suppose to have a private bathroom and shower but 30 different people were in and out of the bathroom and shower. Quiet time was suppose to start at 10 pm according to the dormitory rules bu there were people in and out of the rooms all night. They told my husband he needed to smoke outside which he did but then tried to charge him $250 because he didn't smoke in the outside smoking area which he wasn't made aware if until 1 a m. because someone went to owner stating he was smoking in the wrong area. They are scammers and not the best place to rent in Aruba as they like to rebuttal. I know they will respond and state how horrible we are but in reality the rooms smelled horrible and were very dirty.
