"The building quality is very neat and clean. The dinner course and breakfast buffet are amazing. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are a lot of family activities you can do here. The hotel located a little bit far from the village, but that's make the hotel environment very quiet and dedicated. If you insist to go to the village, you can ask the staff for a shuttle bus service. There is no private bathroom in my booked room. Maybe the hotel offered you only hot spring bathing (Onsen). The wifi is not that good when there are many guest in the hotel. If you ok with hot spring bathing, do not have any business in the village and do not require internet connection while living, this is very good hotel to stay and enjoy the Shirakawa-go vibe."

"Part of Dormy Inn Hotel Group. Hotelnis far away from bus terminal and tourist attraction (nothing to do withib walking distance outside speciality shop) but pickup service from bus terminal with fixed scheduled available. Nice hotel with great onsen incl. Option to book two private onsen (great for couples). Good service and appreciate the English translation on the food. Good dinner and breakfast option but not outstanding. Big, nicely decorated rooms in japanese design. The question you should ask yourself if you real want to stay in a hotel or not make this a day trip ot stepover when moving between Kanazawa and Takayama. But if you search for the most luxurious option, this hotel is your choice"

"We stayed one night at the Ryokan Yunosato and had a wonderful time with insights into Japanese culture. We were welcomed so warmly and friendly by the family and immediately felt at home. Our tatami room was beautiful and very well maintained. The dinner (Kaiseki) and breakfast were a dream. A completely new experience! Afterwards we had regional sake and finally a bath in the private onsen. We slept and ate so well and will definitely come back the next time we are in Japan. Thank you very much!"
