The Farnam, Autograph Collection

Wow! What an amazing hotel! From the moment you drive up, you are greeted with a smile and help getting your bags out of your car. Check in was easy with more smiles and professional hospitality. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with floor to ceiling windows. It was truly spectacular and so clean! Every time we entered or exited the hotel, someone was there to open doors and greet us. We ate breakfast both mornings in the restaurant, and the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. There is a coffee shop that also has great service and great drinks. The elevator system in this hotel is unique, but in a wonderful way. It is so efficient and just plain cool. I have traveled the world and have yet to see an elevator like this. This downtown area of Omaha is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. We felt safe everywhere we went. I have been blessed to stay in some amazing and beautiful hotels and resorts throughout the world, and I may have found one of my all-time top 5 choices right in Omaha. The Farnam excels at customer service, and this autograph hotel is simply stunning.

Love it. I asked if i could use a cart for our luggage and an employee said " I come with it." They loaded everything up and showed us to our room. Room was clean and everything works. I feel safe as your key card restricts you to access your floor only. Great restaurants nearby.

This is by far the best hotel in Omaha. The location is great, the rooms are on par (or better) than most Ritz-Carlton hotels, and the staff is truly special. I’ve stayed at this hotel 20+ times and been made to feel so welcome every time. In particular, Sam is THE MAN and does a great job. He truly loves his job and is a big asset to the hotel. As a Bonvoy Ambassador, I do 240+ nights a year with Bonvoy and I can’t think of another hotel where I feel so welcomed and look forward to check in. Further, Derick, who greets guests, does valet, and bellman duties is always great and goes above and beyond every time I stay at this hotel. He is another favorite and is also excellent at his job. This hotel does everything right and should be a model property for other Bonvoy hotels to learn from and copy. The rooms are awesome, the multiple shower head showers a great way to start the day, and the beds are Westin-comfortable. Do yourself a favor and cancel any other reservation you may have in Omaha and book this place. Great work Sam, Derick, and the hotel Farnham team!

Excellent experience! Went to get dinner at Dynamite for our 3 year anniversary. Sam at the front desk was amazing and welcomed us into the lobby and showed us to the restaurant and gave some great recommendations on the way. Garson was our server and was so helpful and friendly. It was a fantastic dinner and we will definitely be coming back due to the food and the service. Thank you Sam and Garson!

Great Omaha stay! The staff was top notch, very kind & very efficient! We loved the security also! First time I’ve seen an elevator that went just to our floor! Terrific place!
