Wow! What an amazing hotel! From the moment you drive up, you are greeted with a smile and help getting your bags out of your car. Check in was easy with more smiles and professional hospitality. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with floor to ceiling windows. It was truly spectacular and so clean! Every time we entered or exited the hotel, someone was there to open doors and greet us. We ate breakfast both mornings in the restaurant, and the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. There is a coffee shop that also has great service and great drinks. The elevator system in this hotel is unique, but in a wonderful way. It is so efficient and just plain cool. I have traveled the world and have yet to see an elevator like this. This downtown area of Omaha is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. We felt safe everywhere we went. I have been blessed to stay in some amazing and beautiful hotels and resorts throughout the world, and I may have found one of my all-time top 5 choices right in Omaha. The Farnam excels at customer service, and this autograph hotel is simply stunning.

Wonderful experience!!! Easy access from connected parking garage. Lovely decor. Coffee/snack bar available. Great location downtown. Lots to do right across the street. Modern decor and excellent room accommodations. Quiet. Secure. Felt very safe. Great sleep!

Excellent experience! Went to get dinner at Dynamite for our 3 year anniversary. Sam at the front desk was amazing and welcomed us into the lobby and showed us to the restaurant and gave some great recommendations on the way. Garson was our server and was so helpful and friendly. It was a fantastic dinner and we will definitely be coming back due to the food and the service. Thank you Sam and Garson!

If you ever find yourself traveling to Omaha, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The customer service was truly extraordinary! From Derek, our valet, to the front desk team, all the way up to the managers — every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Derek was the first to impress us with his warmth and over-the-top helpfulness. At check-in, I told the front desk, “You all have top-notch customer service,” and they simply smiled and said, “That’s just how we are!” Derek said he would live there if they let him because he loved it so much. If I lived there, I would want to work there also! We stayed in an “Industrious King” room, and it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic! The shower was OMG!!! They have touch-less elevators - what?!? The traffic downtown is light, which makes getting around a breeze. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Old Market, where you can find literally anything from food to cocktails to cute boutiques and sweets! Needless to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The staff at the hotel made such an impression on us that we will definitely be returning customers! 🩷

Love everything about this hotel! From the quietness in the rooms, decor, comfy beds, staff, location… I could go on and on!! We ate breakfast every morning at Dynamite and it was great as was the bar! All staff were friendly. And never did we have to wait for the elevators!! Truly… if you are in the area check it out. You won’t regret it.
