Came for brunch and drinks and the food was amazing. Paige took great care of us and made our experience so fun! Would recommend a stop into this location the atmosphere is relaxing and very friendly!

Was there for a conference. Good location, fair amenities. Pricey but since the conference was there, ponied up. Was extremely disappointed when they first overcharged me for the number of nights. Then the kicker was they charged me for parking a mystery vehicle!! I flew in, took the shuttle and did not have a car!! It took hours to deal with the situation. Called the number to discuss account (not at the hotel) and was on hold for 30 minutes. Finally got disgusted and used the call back option. An hour or so later got the call back and dealt with the situation. When I asked how it happened, was fed a series of bs lines. ‘Sometimes it happens, the valet wrote the wrong room (charge said self park interestly), someone gave the wrong room’. Not verbatim but you get the idea. My feeling is they knew most of my stay was covered by the conference and they just were looking for a cash grab. Double check your bill with these clowns!!!

Hotel has very nice amenities. The gym is large and modern. Convenient airport shuttle. Easy skywalk to the convention center across the street. Quick walk to downtown shopping and dining.

Be advised - this is an older Hilton, and its main benefit is its connection to convention facilities. Rooms are good, food is good, service is good. "It's all good." Two exceptions: 1. The "manager in training" who ran the bar - well done! You'll go far in the business when you A. let customers do a sample-check of wine to make sure it's not been from a bottle open a week. B. make sure your pours are generous and precise. B. To Neeraj - what a welcome! Thank you for getting me checked in so speedily and realizing I was/am an exhausted traveler... I promised I'd mention you and I have - best wishes to you with your career in hospitality (you have the 'stuff'). IMO, 'the people' always prevail - I've stayed at this Hilton maybe...six, seven times? And the staff are always exceptional. Congrats to the leadership.

The staff is excellent. The service is awesome! Banquet food excellent. Best experience at this Hilton! I stayed here for a trade show.
