There were 4 of us so we booked 2 rooms. Our stay here was excellent and we highly recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptional . . . kind, efficient and attentive . . . every single one of them that we encountered. The rooms were very functional, clean and lovely. They offer a great breakfast each morning and they were serving loaded fries the evening that we checked in. The kitchen is equipped with a standard size fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher and dishes which would have been great for an extended stay but sadly, we were only in town for 1 night. They even had a small welcome snack in the room for us. This location is very near The Children's Hospital making this an excellent choice if you need accommodations for an extended period of time due to a young loved one's hospital stay. We highly recommend this location for your stay in Omaha, NE!

Cleanliness was an issue
The kitchenette fridge had old food in it so it lead me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly.
Each bathroom only had one bath towel which seems odd considering it was a 2 room suite.
One bathroom was completely out of toilet paper.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The social and breakfast foods were varied and delicious. My family had a great experience and we will go back to this hotel again and would highly recommend.

It was very clean with breakfast served for a longer time compared to other hotels. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool had plenty of space around it so kids can walk safely.
