房間衞生可以，電梯有點小味道不影響，早餐雖然簡單但是也挺好吃的，能吃飽。住了兩天，酒店按金總共100美元，而且按金退房之後退得很快，這點很滿意，比其它一天收100美元的酒店好。

Wanted to take the kids on a fun weekend trip to the zoo. Woke up the next morning and found a bed bug crawling on the sheets in the bed the kids slept in! Super disappointed and upset since we'd stayed at this hotel a year ago without issue. Beware if you were planning on staying here! Ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. If there's one, there's more - we threw our stuff in trash bags and left. All the more frustrating was that I had picked our room during online check in and they switched us to a different room before we arrived. Potentially could have saved us a lot of trouble, but maybe the whole place has them!?

The hotel staff is super friendly. We checked in at 7:30 pm on Saturday, November 8..we were met with kindness, friendly, and helpfulness. Dani and Buffy were absolutely wonderful!!

If you're staying at this hotel and Robert is on duty, brace yourself — or better yet, avoid engaging with him altogether. His behavior was not just unprofessional, it was shockingly rude and dismissive. I’ve stayed at Hilton properties almost exclusively for years, and this was hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. My room’s TV wasn’t working — a basic amenity that any guest should expect without question. When I called to report it, Robert flatly told me nothing could be done until morning. I reminded him that this is a hotel, and resolving such issues promptly is part of the job. Instead of helping, he blocked my room phone call. Yes, blocked it. Forced to go downstairs, I found Robert continuing to act as though assisting me was beneath him. It took another guest stepping in to pressure him into action. Only then did he begrudgingly hand me a new set of keys and say, “Here is your new room,” without even confirming if the change was acceptable. The new room? A downgrade — lower floor, fewer amenities, and zero explanation. This wasn’t just poor service. It was a complete failure of hospitality. Hilton guests deserve better. If this hotel wants to maintain its brand reputation, it needs to seriously reevaluate who it entrusts with guest relations — starting with Robert.
