My second time here, very nice view and good breakfast, however , the WiFi still not good

A wonderful room with wonderful ergonomics, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A quiet place with a great and varied buffet breakfast. We have a furry friend there, be sure to feed her some sausage :)

Food is good and delicious. The hotel service is satisfy. Just have park the car outside which is not convenient for luggage.

Service from reception could have been better. But the door man who helps carry luggage is very helpful and welcoming. Staffs from the restaurant are very nice but they look very tired during peak season. The swimming pool closes at 7:30pm, which just doesn’t make any sense. And the swimming pool is dirty. The room is quiet but you can’t lock the window inside. Location is not very convenient if you don’t drive a car.

The location is terrible. Hotel claims it takes 10 mins walk to beach, but it takes about 30 mins. In order to go to the city center of fethiye, it takes about 45 mins by dolmus. The waiting time for dolmus was endless. So unless you have your own car or rent a car or solo traveler like me, it's best not to stay at this hotel. I experienced terrible service by one lady staff. It was my first time to encounter such an unprofessional attitude during my stay at the hotel. I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend it to others.

The sea view is incredibly beautiful,buffet dinner

The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

It's really amazing to stay there for couples of days. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived a little late, and it provided room meal service. T The amount of food is far from expectation. We had a big meal that night. The view of the hotel is quite nice, that we had breakfast with a pleasant mood, many kinds of food and drinks can choose from. Walking to the beach, enjoy the sunshine, and go paraliding is quite interesting. We spent a nice holiday here, and would recommond to all.

The hotel has been our choice for 2 years. It is clean, the staff is attentive, and the food is delicious.

Come and have a look, don't miss it if you pass by! I spent the same price, and I was arranged a room with a door facing the kitchen and dishwasher wall in the corner... It was far from the promotional picture. I wanted to negotiate a room change with the front desk, and the front desk said: "This is our room type, no problem, there will always be people who will stay in this room, but it is indeed the same price as other rooms of the same type." Does it mean that I am unlucky?! There is noise from the dishwasher from 7:30 in the morning to 22:00 at night. What's more terrible is that I woke up in the morning and found that there were ants all over my pajamas on the bed... The most terrible thing is that I have to stay in such a room for 2 nights, especially on the second night I strongly requested to change the room, the hotel said that there were other new guests checking in, and refused to change the room, even though I clearly asked to change the room on the first night... By the way, it was exactly 21:07 when I drove from Izmir to this hotel. The hotel said that dinner was over, even if I booked an all-inclusive package, I would not have dinner. Even if I paid to order food, it would not be arranged. Reason: The kitchen was off work, and we did not have room service.

A resort hotel located halfway up the mountain. The staff are friendly and proactive in helping you book paragliding (a must-do activity in Fethiye). A good choice for self-driving.

The hotel is in a good location with great terrain overlooking the entire bay. It may be due to the off-season, the environment and atmosphere are not up to standard, but fortunately the service of the staff is very good, they are all enthusiastic and proactive, and the breakfast is very good!

The hotel I originally booked was under construction, so Trip.com gave me a hotel that was much better than the one I booked... Breakfast was delicious, parking was perfect, the rooms were clean, the cats were friendly... The view was really great...
