O hotel tem muitos quartos e acomoda mais pessoas do que o espaço da piscina comporta. A recreação não fica com as crianças na piscina, e na piscina infantil não fica nenhum orientador, então as crianças fazem o que querem no parque. Por ser muito grande, o hotel conta com vendedores de cota, que não informam que são vendedores, para acompanhar os hóspedes e mostrar as facilidades do hotel; achamos a abordagem inconveniente, pois não fica claro no primeiro momento que se trata de uma vende e o hóspede se sente confuso e obrigado a participar da apresentação. Outra coisa desagradável é a abordagem dos mesmo vendedores dentro do complexo de piscinas. O quarto é bem amplo e estava limpo, porém o ar condicionado não teve manutenção e quando ligado fazia um barulho muito alto, impossibilitando o uso. Achamos as piscinas mal cuidadas e sujas, chegamos na sexta e a manutenção foi realizada no domingo; principalmente a piscina infantil estava muito suja. As jacuzzis são quase impossíveis de entrar, muito sujas com cheiro de urina. A pensão completa não vale a pena, pouca variedade.

Ficamos hospedados de segunda a sexta no Enjoy Solar das Águas, em Olímpia, e tivemos uma estadia excelente. O hotel é lindo, com acomodações amplas, confortáveis e impecavelmente cuidadas, proporcionando descanso e conforto durante todos os dias. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento da nutricionista Márcia Braga, que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Desde o primeiro contato, foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e acolhedora. Ela se colocou sempre à disposição para esclarecer nossas dúvidas, trouxe orientações importantes e nos fez sentir cuidados de forma única. Sua hospitalidade e dedicação são admiráveis, e acreditamos que o hotel deve valorizar muito essa profissional, pois é claramente diferenciada e altamente capacitada. Voltamos para casa com ótimas lembranças e a certeza de que o Enjoy Solar das Águas é uma escolha acertada para quem busca conforto e atendimento de excelência.

O apartamento é bom, camas confortáveis, porém a aérea das piscinas é suja, não é lavada durante a noite, eles apenas organizam as cadeiras e recolhem o lixo. E também é muito pequena, as piscinas não atendem ao volume de hóspedes , mesmo na baixa temporada ( fomos de 15 a 17/08/25). Comida é extremamente ruim, e essa opinião não é somente do meu grupo, pois todos com quem conversei relataram não ter gostado. A equipe de recreação é satisfatória! Nós não voltaremos!

De todas as experiência de aluguel por Airbnb ou proprietários, o único lugar que me surpreendeu com serviço de quarto, limpeza e roupa de cama e toalhas, limpas e trocadas. Só por este fato, merece classificação máxima.
