2026 Global 100 - Cultural Hotels"Perfect service, very enthusiastic and attentive staff, the location of the hotel is only a few tens of meters away from the Chantilly castle and the horses.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great.
The bar is also very good.
Regarding breakfast, there are many choices, but maybe it lacks fresh pastries (the pastries provided don't seem to be the case).

I received a first invoice with a lot of errors, including a breakfast that wasn't taken.
The next day, I asked for a proper invoice, and they refused to issue it with the actual amount paid...
This ruined my experience."

"This hotel is nicer and better maintained than the Ibis Budget but it's further away from the airport. You have to walk 20mins along a road and cross a roundabout. There's a pedestrian sidewalk so the walk felt safe. The walk is ok if you don't have much luggage"
