This is very small botique hotel, didn't look impressive front the entrance outside hotel. The moment we went in, it is really cozy & we were greeted by very warming in house manager & booked dinner table as well. We enjoyed their breakfast and as well as dinner, very good quality. Our concern is this hotel doesn't have lift.

First class hotel that we loved! Location, staff, room, drinks and food were amazing!!! It was our favorite whilst traveling in Scotland. The room was beautiful from the colours selected, to the bed and furnishings! Love love love

This was a delightful experience! So beautifully and comfortably appointed. Between the great AC and lovely bed, we slept quite well. The included breakfast was wonderful to be able to linger over coffee and delicious food right downstairs instead of trekking up the street each morning The lounge and cocktails were a beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day while we played cards. We had a scrumptious dinner here too. I highly recommend No17 on all counts.

The staff we first meet were very friendly, room was ok for what we needed . We came back from an evening in Oban and I went to the bar , I ordered a wine and a spirit and the girl said she would bring it over, this cost me £4 in a service charge , a glass of wine cost £12 over all it was £46 for two wines and 2 Vodkas. This is what I call being ripped off and for me why I will not return to this hotel . So beware of these extra charges

.Small room compared to photos on the hotel website. Breakfast by meny only. A we walk from the hotel to the city center. Lovely terrace with great sea and city view. No sky sports in the rooms which was a shame during The British Open golf tournament

Limited parking but we got there just before 3pm and no problem. Very friendly receptionist who was always engaging and pleasant throughout the stay. Sea view room had an absolutely stunning outlook from full floor to ceiling windows over the harbour. Nice room. We didn't eat in Porcini but it looked nice and was very busy. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered and was OK.
