This hotel is the best hotel I've stayed at in Oban. One of my favourite places to go to in Scotland! I normally stay at the Muthu next to Corran Halls and cathedral on the other side of the pier but decided to give this one a go for a change. Hotel is immaculate and very stylish. Receptionist was very informative about everything in the hotel. Had to use the back door when I came back from the Wetherspoons at midnight as reception is closed from 10.30pm-8am, I believe, may have got the times wrong. Access to the back door is located in the car park at the back of the hotel. My room did look out onto the main road but it didn't put me off or interrupt my sleep as hardly any traffic came through. Did get interrupted by some drunk folk from the bar across the road but managed to get a very decent sleep in a comfortable bed. When my alarm went off, I honestly didn't want to get out of it as it was that comfy. Bathroom was immaculate and clean. Couple of hairs in the shower but it didnt put me off. Location is great too as its within close proximity to the pier and next to lots of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and fish and chip shops. Breakfast starts at 8am so had to miss breakfast due to work but would love to try it as I seen a lot of good reviews about it. Will definitely be back at this hotel when I next stay in Oban!

We were recommend this hotel from a friend that had previously worked for Rabbies. Finding a hotel in Oban was difficult due to being 1 adult 2 children. The Scots were extremely helpful from the start, when I was enquiring about booking. We booked the end of June 3 nights so we could island hop before our next destination, Mull. We arrived to find ample parking spaces at the back. There is no sign, so please turn left at at the hotel. Parking was free. We had a rear front facing room and were not disturbed by any noise. The room was beautifully clean and modern for a Scottish seaside town. Powerful warm shower. Tunnocks teacakes in the room. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. (They do not cater for free from). I would say that they bedding was feathered. This I am finding in every hotel we stay in recently. I find this very odd with allergies and cleaning of duvets. I had emailed the hotel prior and put on the notes, no feather bedding, but im guessing as its a small hotel, they had no choice.

Amazing property! Only stayed one night as travelling around areas, but definitely the best hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in including premier inn. Highly recommend

Check in was easy. Parking was great. Room was very nice and the bathroom was beautiful -- clean and modern. Also great location.
