Beautiful hotel just outside of Oban. Spotlessly clean and bedroom and bathroom were perfect. Dinner was very good as was breakfast - all in all the stay was lovely

Cold main course, a bowl of lentils and chunky veg tasteless. Hair in the shower, No Baileys no nibbles eg nuts had to wait until Tuesday the barman said, we wouldnt be here then. And he smelt of odour not pleasant.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 46th anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble from warm and very friendly staff. Log fires welcomed us after a busy couple of days sight- seeing. Food was good, even if a little overpriced. Would stay again if in the area. Keep up the good work guys!

Very nice relaxing place. Our room was comfortable with a good outlook. Dinner was good and wine choice great. Service was attentive and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge after dinner listening to music. Often hotel lounges are unused but this was popular and welcoming.

Staying at Melfort resort and we were recommended to go for lunch. We had the most wonderful experience not just with the beautiful lunch we had but the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Since leaving we have booked to stay for New Year ! Can’t wait!

Loved the location, the coziness, the friendly staff and the yummy cocktails. Beautiful and recently updated bedroom with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Our waitress Amy was fabulous. Helped with recommendations from eating out to places worth a visit roundabout. Very knowledgeable.

This is a picture perfect country house hotel with staff who work hard to please. Rooms are lovely with super comfortable beds ( worth the upgrade to a loch view) Bathroom perfect Breakfast was classy too and it has a lounge full of squishy leather sofas and a roaring fire We will be back

Lovely hotel with views across the loch. Decor throughout was traditional and of exceptional quality. Very welcoming staff and lovey lounges with log burners. We appreciated the underfloor heating in the en-suite and luxuriously comfortable bed.
