The location is not in city center of Chicago, but close to department store and highway. Which make it easier to find food and to go around. Staff also nice and helpful

The room is very old and the experience is bad

They say it's an old building, but it's very clean. Cleanliness was also good And the staff are very friendly. In particular, Starbucks on the first floor opens at 6 a.m. The meal replacement menu is varied and very good.

The service is not very good and the facilities are old.
