住：藏式民宿裏的“慢生活”
民宿是傳統的藏式房屋，原木結構搭配彩繪門窗，唐卡和藏毯點綴其間，細節裏都是藏族文化的温度。房間寬敞明亮，推開木窗就是雪山草甸，清晨雲霧繚繞，夜晚星空觸手可及。床鋪乾淨整潔，搭配房間內的地暖，完全不用擔心高原的寒意，太舒服了。最驚喜的是，老闆還貼心準備了便攜氧氣瓶和紅景天茶，對初上高原的遊客太友好了！
🍵 食：舌尖上的藏地盛宴
一日三餐都由主人家親手製作，食材全是自家牧場和菜園的出品：
早餐：熱騰騰的酥油茶+現烤青稞餅，搭配氂牛奶渣包子，一口入魂；
正餐：魯朗的石鍋雞、氂牛肉燉蘿蔔、涼拌野生菌，每一口都透着高原的純粹，尤其是石鍋雞，一口氣來了3碗；
隱藏菜單：阿媽會教客人捏糌粑，笑着示範“先揉團，再蘸酥油茶”，體驗感滿分！
