"Old fashion, loose door locks, tv not working for the 3 nights, mattress gave me back pains, the dinner buffet is only one plate, fruits from the fridge. Even the staff look hungry and not motivated. The breakfast was good but their african tea tested bad. So if by bad luck you find yourself there. Avoid the african tea"

"This very unique place is very strategically places overlooking a watering hole that attracts elephants, buffalo, bush buck and the ocassional hyenas. Whilst the concept and experience is 5-star, the rooms and amenties are not - understandably so. The rooms are tiny as the property is designed in the shape of an Ark/ship. Each "cabin" has enough room for either one double bed, one double + one single or three single beds. Not much room for suitcases but they do fit. The bathroom is small and you may not get hot hot water, but enough warm water to shower. The staff cannot do enough for you - very friendly, available and tentative. The food is buffet style and more than you can ask for. It does get busy at times, and the viewing decks get crowded but somehow there was always space for everyone to watch the animals and take pictures. It is very relaxing place to just chill and be one with the wild animals and nature."

"the waitress was very rude & had a nasty attitude. we requested for water which they declined to give us, the manager also declined to help us yet we had children that just needed to quench their thirst. I had to go with the kids to the kitchen area where we got served with water. we had ordered for chips & sausages. this took very long to come with the chips coming in first. we ate while waiting for the sausages which were not coming, when we called the waitress when she had come to pick our plates, she was not even apologetic, she went to place the order again which we had to cancel. Tables were not wiped before or after food the kids play area is not attended to. it had a very bad smell coming from the drainage. a number of kids got hurt on their elbows from the slide. The parking lot was not attended to Not a good experience at all"
