Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Numazu

Excellent hotel, wonderful breakfast with a traditional main dish to order. Clean, comfortable, close to the railway and bus station.

Lightning protection, the hotel air conditioner blows directly at the bed, and the air conditioner cannot be adjusted. It keeps swinging and blowing. Whether your head is facing the head or the foot of the bed, you will be blown. I booked 2 nights. When I came back on the second night, the room card could not open the door. The front desk changed the new card but it still didn't work. They said that it would be fixed in 5 minutes. After nearly 20 minutes, they opened the door with a traditional key and asked me to enter the room and wait for a few minutes. They said they would change the door lock battery. After more than ten minutes, they said they would have to wait for a while to reset the password. After that, it still didn't work. Two staff members kept working on the door in my room for nearly 2 hours. During this period, I couldn't rest, take a shower, or leave the room. They actually let me wait for the whole process without saying to change the room, and there was no compensation afterwards. It's a nightmare to encounter such a thing after a tiring day of traveling. They delayed people for so long and didn't say anything at all. We had to pay for late check-out. I don't know how such a high rating on Ctrip was brushed to mislead people. I plan to complain after returning home. Service: Poor

I use it often. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and I think the room feels spacious overall, which is nice.

If you want to go to the port, you have to walk to the bus stop in front of the station (on the other side), so it is a bit inconvenient.

I was very satisfied with the service from the reception staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. I would like to use this hotel again!
