This is our 5th stay at the hotel since we discovered this gem! Nothing is too much effort for Anastasia and the team. Food choices are outstanding in both quality and freshness. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the pool area is the perfect place to spend the day relaxing. The staff make the experience 10/10. Nothing is too much effort for them.

As usual, Iberostar was wonderful and this hotel goes above their normal service. The whole week was excellent .The food was top rate, the service you could not fault and the hotel ,spotless. What aa Wonderful week we had and the surroundings and weather was so delightful. You know that Iberostar will never disappoint and this was about the 10th Iberostar we have stayed at. We will be back to this one as there are many places in this area we have to visit. Many thanks to all the staff at this hotel ,you did a Super job .Phil.

The best service and food in Spain in a hotel. We come back 3 or 4 times a year . From checking in to checking out you feel special . The staff are genuine relaxed and you feel appreciated when you return. The food is six star fresh seafood and fish in abundance . The ice cream cheese and desserts all fine quality . Superclean rooms turn down surprises add to the feeling very loved guests. And to enjoy a walk on the fabulous beach after breakfast and collect shells us the best therapy in the world all included .

Great staff, excellent service. Evening buffet was one of the best I’ve been to. Gym and pools were all good. My wife is pregnant and went for a prenatal massage with Cynthia. All round an excellent stay.

We stayed in a first floor room overlooking the pool and beach. I faced the setting sun and was bathed in sunshine every evening. It is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Good food and friendly staff with a special mention to Ruben and Marcial from the Pool Bar. Anastasia from the management team when discussing options to return which we will be soon.

The kind staff , very welcoming at the bar ! Service quick & helpful with drink choices ! Clean & tidy area . Entertainment relaxing ! Very attentive staff! As I write this , I wish I had one more night here ! I have a sea view room That I cannot fault ! I have the all inclusive package , so stocked up bar in room everyday ! Clean & comforts! Pillow choices in your room ! Aircon has lots of options! The food is great ! Again so many options!

We had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is modern, well maintained and kept extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. The bedroom is well designed with a balcony overlooking the large pool and the Atlantic. The meals are of a very high standard. My wife and I found it to be excellent in all departments and highly recommended it.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice. Great amenities. Amazing pool, The food is very good with great choices. All of the staff were fantastic and always so helpful. Beach on your doorstep which is stunning. Very relaxing break. Would definitely recommend.

One of our first trips since receiving a diagnosis for celiacs disease and we had a great experience. The staff is well trained and very helpful. All meals on the buffet and menu are reliably labeled. You do need to ask for the gluten free options (e.g. pasta, bread), but they were very happy to go the extra mile and open a fresh box of gelato, cook gluten free stir fry in the kitchen, or melt some dark chocolate as an alternative to the chocolate sauce on the buffet.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful poolside room with own sunbeds, delicious food, fantastic staff and gorgeous beaches. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant and did their utmost for an enjoyable holiday . Would highly recommend and we hope to return next year!

A very good 5* Hotel . We chose the all inclusive package which was excellent . Quality fitments, superb , friendly staff, soo helpful . Food was delicious and , for us, a group of 8 golfers , having 2 superb golf course only 3 minutes away using the hotel shuttle , made our experience even better . The best all inclusive Hotel we have stayed at .

Pros - staff is very friendly, and we had a great room (beachfront suit) but dated. Cons - not family friendly, there is no kids club etc on side and although you can use the next door IBEROSTAR waves facilities, the families there have priority for places in the kids and baby club. Most of the guests are pensioners. Quality of food was poor, a lot of choice but poor quality and sometimes you would find rotten fruit amongst the fresh ones, eggs are not organic, seafood could be fresher and fresh fish was from aquaculture. Overall not a 5 star hotel, and food is poor

To start with, thank you to Aleandro Torrens, the reception desk manager at our check out who was the rudest possible person we met during our 2 weeks stay in Spain. He was a highlight of rudeness impolite behaviour, arrogantand uselessness too, If this wasn't for him, marking with a despicable attitude our check out (he refused to store our suitcases in a secured manner and was as. Pleasant as a prison door, I had to call in the assistant GM) Otherwise we would have had a very good stay, but we saw a clear lower service level in this 5* Iberostar vs the 4* Iberostar Waves Málaga, here personnel was less attentive, much less reactive at the restaurant, table cleaning would not be prompt, they wouldnt tend tables to ask for wine order, we would need to ask for a 3rd plate to be set our a 4 people table, as well the lunch and pool restaurant would often run out of half what was on the menu, from Nachos to Gnocchi, to desserts, not a day without something not available, we would even ask before ordering, and they would come 5mns latter saying that "this as well as ran out". However, the rooms were quiet and comfy, ours had an espresso machine inside. A bath tub in the large bathroom, but soap and amenities weren't of a top brand as you would expect in a 5*. The food was in general superior in quality to any other Iberostar we stayed in, their all inclusive offer was worth it, from meats to fish the Selection and cooking were good to excellent, if it wasn't for the lunch options limited on some days. Wines were good and their main lobby bar doing good (and real) cocktails with time Alcools (Cardhu 12 years, Havana club 7 years,..) included in the offer, so was our room mini bar, which wasn't replenished daily, another service faux pas. They have a tiny indoor spa pool, a good fall back when weather is bad as it happened that week. The smallest out of the 2 main pools was heated, around 23 or 24c and was swimmable despite the air temperature on the lower 20s, the side pools are reserved for the rooms directly connected to it and are worth staying in only during high summer days, the main pool is gigantic and far enough. The beach is accessible from the hotel and definitely deserves a visit. Gorgeous! Parking wise, the streets around are free, but often full, the hotel is charging 15e a night in their underground parking, if you cant find a spot outside. Albeit this venue is listed as IHG member, there is no status recognition whatsoever, don't expect any upgrade, nor the said welcome points or welcome gifts stated on Iberostar website, while we booked here because it is part of the IHG agreement. All in all an excellent hotel but that deserves better staff, that like to work in an upscale venue. The one we saw during our week here were way under the competence of their Málaga waves colleagues, who didn't stop smiling a minute, here we seemed sometime to bother them just by our presence. Pity

Great Hotel with good meals and clean rooms. Service is good and people are friendly but sometimes, communication is a bit difficult and we had to guess what the actual questions/answer was.gä Guests should bring some knowledge of Spanish with them, as otherwise communication is sometimes a little bumpy. One thing that bothered me a little more was the dress code required for men at dinner. Men are required to wear closed shoes, at least a T-shirt and preferably long pants and no headgear. Women can wear flip-flops and quite short dresses without any comments, but men shoumd dress conservatively, at least for dinner. Misbehavior will be pointed out in a friendly but firm manner. A little less conservatism would perhaps be a step in the right direction. Nevertheless, the staff were always friendly.
