The room size not that big as described, feels the space very narrow when open up the luggage. But the room is very clean and breakfast is good.

So we stayed at this hotel after arriving in Jakarta with a terrible jet lag. We haven’t been sleeping for more than 24 hours when we arrived. The room was not completely clean and the towels were not fresh smelling. The door to the balcony was not sound proof with seal and you can hear the planes very loud. The hallway has only sound reflecting materials and at 3 am there were neighbours arriving and making so much noise on the hallway that it was as if they were in the room with us. The hotel needs house rules to prevent people screaming and laughing loud during the sleeping hours on the hallway .The fridge and water dispenser were also producing noise and there was no possibility to turn them off. The water dispenser was producing so much heat in the room that we had to wake up constantly to turn on the ac only because of the water dispenser raising the room temperature. There is no reason for having one water dispensar per room when it can be put in the hallway for everyone to use and have it produce noise and heat there and not in the room. Overall is not a hotel where you can rest and sleep without a lot of noise and heat disconfort.

The room is small and design awkward - i had to be squeezed into a small space between the bed and the table just to work
I could not figure out the bedside lamp switches and the front desk wasn't able to accept my cards despite both of them working
A world of difference from the Oakwood i experienced in Japan!!!

The room is good condition and spacious , but the lobby and corridor is quite hot , and the restaurant need better service it takes too long for our order ,

Although it is called an apartment, from what I understand it is considered more like a hotel in Indonesia. The check-in process was smooth at the reception, though a deposit of IDR 500,000 is required (either in cash or by credit card).
The room is clean, compact but well-equipped. It has a small kitchen where you can cook and even a washing machine, which is very convenient for longer stays.
The location is great — within walking distance you’ll find many local and Chinese eateries just across the street. If you walk further down, you can reach PIK Avenue for shopping and more dining options.

We had a very pleasant stay in Oakwood! The room was clean and neat, elegant decor, most importantly it comes with a kitchen, washing machine and water dispenser. It's a perfect setup for a family vacation. The location is very strategic for our itinerary.
