Eigentlich hatten wir uns gefreut,nur dieses Zimmer passt so wie überhaupt nicht zu den veröffentlichten Bildern des Hotels. Abgewohnt passt wohl eher. Echt schlimm. Der Manager wollte sofort die nur noch ein drei rollen haltenden Gardine ,wieder aufhängen lassen.. hat nur nicht in welchem Jahr.. sofort ist ein so weitläufigr Begriff. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett sah erstmal ganz gut aus, leider war die Salami nicht vertrauenserweckend,die Cervelatwurst hatte bereits grünliche Flecken. So etwas sind wir von den Hotels auf Norderney nicht gewohnt, erst Recht nicht bei den Preisvorstellungen des Hotels. Bitte Vorsicht bei den ach so tollen Fotos in Buchungsportalen,lieber länger Zeit nehmen und sich die Bewertungen durchzulesen. Wir hatten es auch machen sollen.

Sehr abgenutzt, Zimmer allgemein sehr klein, Badezimmer alt, Waschbecken defekt, Spülkasten klemmt, Duschkopf und Stange defekt, Wasserwechsel spontan von eiskalt auf brühend heiß.
Service am Empfang sehr nett.

Wir waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auch sehr ruhig. Das Personal, insbesondere der Mann an der Rezeption, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider muss ich für das Frühstück ein paar Minuspunkt vergeben, da einige Sachen einfach nicht nachgefüllt wurden . Lachs, der Obstsalat und es gab tatsächlich kein Ostfriesentee.
