Caribbean Palm Village Resort ★★★
"Very relaxing mid-week stay. Newly renovated one bedroom suite"
Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort ★★★
"The room was large and comfortable, the beach was beautiful, and the coastline was long with great sunset views. Environment: Excellent, great location Cleanliness: Very quiet, excellent service Facilities: Fully equipped, everything you need Service: Excellent service"
Holiday Inn Resort ARUBA-BEACH RESORT & CASINO by IHG ★★★★
"Old hotel, musty smell in all the hallways, garbage smell in several areas. Nice pools, excellent location. The beach is very crowded, water quality is only 5 out of 10. There are much better beaches elsewhere. The hotel isn't worth the price."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort ★★★★
"This hotel is recommended for families. The rooms are very clean. All the facility’s of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was very good. And every day there is a happy hour which was very nice with free chips, cheese and drink"
Aruba Cunucu Residence ★★★
"The apartment was clean but very dark because you cannot open the blinds. There are broken floor tiles and also loose ones in the kitchen. The pillows creak when you lay your head on them due to the plastic-coated pillowcases. The furniture is outdated. Kitchen table is too high to sit at."
The Mill Resort & Suites Aruba ★★★
"Excellent safe area, beautiful location, golf cart to the beach, delicious full breakfast, wonderful cleaning and service staff. Overall very pleasant staff, only a few weren't as good at the bar-restaurant, but we overlooked the inconveniences as everything else was great."
Tryp by Wyndham Aruba Adults Only Hotel ★★★
"Excellent, very good location and very good service"
Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort ★★★★
Brisas Studio Apartments ★★★

"I honestly think that the only problem is the lack of ameneties, no Cotton pads no lettre"
Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino
"I paid for a stay at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, from July 22nd to 26th, 2025. I paid Trip.com, No. *************, PIN: **************** My complaint is as follows: I paid for a partial ocean view, but we were placed next to a hotel construction site. Furthermore, we were never informed that there was no gym because it was under renovation. I paid 1,933,960 CLP, including VAT 213,628 CLP and municipal tax 11,296 CLP. The price did not indicate that the hotel would charge me US$400 in RM Government Tax and Resort Charge. Therefore, what TRP.COM advertises is misleading. We tried to contact the hotel, but it was not possible. The hotel was never willing to resolve anything, nor was TRIP.COM. Therefore, booking this hotel with you was a bad experience. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what I need to do to get a refund of the overcharged amount, and who to speak to because your service is impersonal."
Genesis Apartments
"The hotel is well located. But this stay was one of the worst I've had at this hotel. First of all, it's not a hotel. When I arrived there was no one there, no check-in instructions. I had to call trip.com who contacted the owner and got my room number. Then, I had booked a room overlooking the hotel, I received a room at the back of the house (view of the back wall).. and still impossible to contact anyone from this hotel. The number provided does not work. The equipment is old and damaged There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom that I couldn't get rid of because it crawled under the bathroom vanity every night. Finally, the worst was the bedding. The sheets were not washed and smelled horrible (I think they don't wash them after every guest). The pillows are discolored and filled with dust mite and dirt. In summary, I do not recommend this establishment even if it is well located."
The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba
The St. Regis Aruba Resort
"Don't risk booking with St. Regis Aruba or through Trip.com. On July 30th, we arrived at the hotel after a 9-hour journey. Our reservation was paid for and confirmed, both by email and on the Trip.com app. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that the reservation had been canceled because the rate supposedly applied only to Aruba residents. The only explanation given was that Trip.com had sent us an email with the cancellation. Upon checking, we saw it was sent on July 30th, while we were on our flight, but the reservation still showed as active in the app. When I made the reservation, I entered my name, country of residence, and phone number with Chile's country code. If the rate was exclusively for local residents, how was it possible for the system to confirm and charge for the reservation? That error was not mine. The most unbelievable part was the attitude of both the hotel and Trip.com. Neither took responsibility nor offered a solution. They simply canceled the reservation and told us the payment would be refunded within 2 to 14 days. We're talking about over US$1,000. What if I hadn't had the money to pay for another hotel at that moment? They would have literally left us without accommodation upon arriving in Aruba. We ultimately had to book another hotel and, of course, pay a much higher rate. Mistakes can happen, but the difference lies in how a company responds. For this reason, and to avoid starting your trip on a bad note, I suggest not booking at St. Regis Aruba or through Trip.com. It goes without saying that 4 days have passed and I still haven't received any news about the refund to my card."
Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino
Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive
"The hotel's redeeming features are the variety of food, the beach, the activities they schedule, and the good service, except for the reception supervisor who was awful. The negative side is that the hotel is not big, unlike other Rius hotels. When it comes to check-out, they make sure you leave the facilities before 7:00 p.m., and unlike other resorts where I stayed on my name day, I don't receive any details except for a letter telling me to leave the room at the appropriate time. This is definitely not recommended, as there is no relationship between the price you pay and the service you receive."
The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort
"Hilton has figured it out. From the first steps into the lobby to the day we checked out, we were impressed, relaxed, and pampered. The design of the rooms in The Westerly was impressive. You notice the finishing touches that weren't rushed and the quality of the materials used. The cleanliness of the entire resort was impressive, including the beach. Service was consistently available, and everyone truly seemed happy to be working here. We were upgraded to a 1-bedroom oceanfront suite, which was a delight! The views were amazing. The pier can have live music that runs late with a heavier bass thump, so have a source for brown noise if that bothers you. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby here. The bathroom and products were very nice, and the towels were thick. We appreciated the open space in the room so you didn't feel crowded. Housekeeping did an exceptional job and seemed to know when we were out, and they could clean the room. The food was very good regardless of the setting. That is unusual at a resort in our experience. The breakfast buffet had a nice offering of options and allowed for a different meal each morning, if desired. The Shore Club was a wonderful, casual environment for those meals after a full day, where dressing for dinner isn't going to happen. The beach food was great and the Sunset Grille provided an impressive upscale option. Seriously, it was all good. And the drinks were as well! In general, we are trying not to go back to places until we have exhausted our list. However, this is one where we will make an exception. I strongly recommend checking it out."
Aruba Lagunita
Aruba Boutique Art Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino
"We had our honeymoon here and it was Everything we could have hoped for."
Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba - Adults Only
Playa Linda Beach Resort
"The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Junior did a great job transferring our bags for a room change on an extra night’s stay. Diego was very helpful loading up bags for seven people. They made the checkout process very relaxing."
Marriott's Aruba Surf Club
"The location is good. On Palm beach. The largest hotel on the island with close to 900 rooms. Very busy and loud with families. Hard to get a spot on the beach so swimming in the pool was the only option. There is a lazy river that is always busy. Swim tubes always bumping into each other. Not relaxing."
