"Simplesmente tudo excelente, quarto com umas dimensões bem generosas, limpeza e arrumação do quarto efectuada todos os dias da nossa estadia, tomámos o pequeno-almoço também todos os dias, e apesar de não ser incluído e pelo valor poder-se-ia pensar que seria exagerado mas há bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho. Certamente que iremos voltar, pena foi o tempo de chuva."

"Ubicación inmejorable, muy buenas vistas y desayuno rico, aunque escaso de opciones y reposicion lenta. Mucho calor por la noche porque no indicaron que el aire acondicionado aún no estaba programado para frío. El hotel en general están cuidado y era bonito, y la zona de Spa era agradable."

Quando abordei a vossa colaboradora e perguntei se estava tudo bem, respondeu ”sim, porque não haveria de estar?” ao que respondi que estive cerca de meia hora a tocar à campaínha e inclusive cheguei a ligar para a recepção, mas a pessoa levantou as sobrancelhas, encolheu os ombros e riu. Se o atendimento é 24/7, um pedido de desculpa teria sido suficiente. Acerca da limpeza, era boa, o quarto era espaçoso, com arrumação, mas infelizmente ouvia muito barulho. As cortinas apesar de opacas, também não tapavam totalmente a claridade."

"I stayed here for a night. It is small so it is ideal for one person but very neat. the hot shower works and the heater in the room works. There was no socket by the bed but that's fine. It is close to the bank so the atm is close. There are lots of restaurants around also. If I go back to Braga, I will stay here for sure"
