An old hotel but the maintenance is great. Staff are helpful too.

Good facility and good service

Convenient location if you are planning a stroll by the Hell Valley and a visit to the Hokkaido bear center. Yummy dinner and breakfast (Japanese style), the hotel is a bit old but clean, nothing to die for but I guess it does the job.

Wonderful hospitality from the staff especially the lady who was assign to serve us. We could speak some English which was helpful. Her communication through action also works. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and really filled up our tummy.

The room was really big, and there were only 2 of us in a room that could accommodate 4 people. However, there were a lot of fluffy things floating on the ceiling, which is really rare in Japan.

This is a traditional hot spring hotel, breakfast and dinner are hot spring dishes, and still in the room to eat, fortunately the room is big enough with a room, a living room, and dining tables and chairs, do not have to be worth the place and sit and eat, the only hot spring is a bit old to improve.

When I arrived at Noboribetsu JR Station and called the hotel, I was told that they could not send a car to pick me up. However, the bus to the hotel is very convenient. It is only a one-minute walk from the bus. There is also a bus outside the hotel that goes directly to the airport, which is very convenient. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Overall very satisfied.

I personally like this kind of Japanese-style hotel very much. It feels like home. The lobby welcomes guests very warmly and they will wipe their suitcases carefully. The breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The hot spring ♨️ is traditional Japanese and very healing. It is worth coming again.

Very comfortable and relaxing 2 days, it is a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, including breakfast and dinner (very exquisite Japanese meals), Japanese-style rooms, they will ask in advance what time to eat, and the meal will be delivered to the room at the time. If you want to experience traditional Japanese hot springs, you can choose this place. The price is not expensive compared to other hotels when I booked it.
